Great WEB Site, easy to order. Quick delivery and all important, comfortable eye wear.

I now have 5 pairs from WMP - all different styles, different coloured frames and lenses. Something for every mood and occasion. I love them all, love the price point, love the service.
I'd argue that in fact you can't have too much of a good thing so I have no doubt there's more on the way :)

Have used this company several times for sunglasses over the last couple of years. Never had an issue. Delivery is on time. They ship from Arizona, I live in Scotland, takes around 10 days on average. Great quality sunglasses and lots of styles. Highly recommend.

WMP eyewear was great to deal with when I had an issue with my shipping address. They promptly emailed me back and resolved the issue. They went above and beyond to provide me excellent customer service and I will be recommending them to all of my friends/family.

I bought a pair of sunglasses based on an ad I view. The sunglasses arrived and they are too big for my face shape. You know what ?, the shipping cost is on me If I want a refund, which not being in US makes the price of the sunglasses by 85% and now I have a pair of sunglasses that are to throw away due to their policy. No discounts, no other options to apply to my case. Won’t recommend this brand if you’re not US based. Be careful

I have ordered several pairs of sunglasses and a pair of prescription glasses.

So I decided to order a second pair of prescription glasses. They have sent me them with the wrong lenses in, clearly someone elses prescription. I was then asked if I could wear them in til my eyes "settle down and get used to them".

When i said i couldnt and wouldnt do that they have offered me a store credit if i return them at my own cost. Then once the store credit has been issued i could use it to reorder and they promise they would do it correctly.

I am staggered that a company can admit that the whole thing is their mistake and still expect me to do all the work to get them out of a hole.

Genuinely cannot believe how bad the customer care and it takes at least 24 hours to get any kind of email response to each message so I think my estimate that even if i was to play their game and take all the costs and hassle on my shoulders for their error then it would take until the new year to sort.

My honest advice is to avoid purchasing from them unless I have a bad apple in customer service that I am dealing with. If this is actually company policy you deserve everything you will get from such bad care.

The sunglasses received were extremely wide so would not stay on my face, I usually have no issues with sunglass sizes. I tried to return them and since I am in Canada, they said I'd have to pay customs and postage, which would come to the same cost as the product itself. So disappointed WMP could not help. If they were high-quality sunglasses, I would not have this problem.

WMP did a great job with communication of my prescription glasses throughout the process. Really appreciate the customer service team making sure I got what I wanted. The Nick’s are great. Looking forward to my next order.

There was a mixup with the shipment and the WMP team were super accommodating and sent me another one. My husband loves his new glasses and gets lots of compliments when he wears them! Will be buying more.

At this point, I own 5 different pairs of these sunglasses :) They are comfy, well-built and most importantly - affordable. Recently, one of the pairs broke, and the WMP customer service sent a replacement unit free of charge, no questions asked. Now, that's a brand I can get behind!

I ordered sunglasses that were slightly damaged on arrival, and they replaced them for free with no issues! I really appreciate how flexible they were with the entire exchange and how quickly everything was taken care of!
