They sent me the wrong size. I tried to text them and they’re supposed to send me a code and the code never comes no way to contact them. They sent me a size 6X. I just want an exchange. There is no customer service that I have found yet Help.
My story is the same as the others. Inferior product sent in a size 2X bigger than I normally wear so useless. Offered a partial refund but I wanted to return (at their expense) for a full refund and they refused. Still currently battling with them via PayPal at this moment.
The bra is flimsy and a waste.
Cup size is all wrong. They sent a replacement with the right cup size and now too big around causing no support at all. Don't waste your money on this product.
Bras don’t fit, nowhere near the quality of what’s shown online. “Return” process is a joke. AVOID. SCAM.
I ordered bras from WM Stylist. I used their online sizing chart to order. It took a while to get the order and sadly it was VERY off. WAY too big. I immediately reached out to their customer service who said I could keep the bras I’d received. DO NOT want them-they don’t fit. They asked me to send my measurements and they would send me out the proper fitting merchandise. Waited another several weeks. And the bras were still WAY too big. Useless. I reached out and was told they offered me a one time resend and the best they could do was offer me 40% off future orders. Why in the h€££ would I order more products when they cannot get me proper sizing and now refuse to refund my money. Horrible mistake. I do NOT recommend this company at all!!!
