WN Removals are fantastic! We use them every time we need a reliable and efficient service. The team is friendly, careful, strong, and quick, and their prices are very fair. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely continue using them in the future.

Brilliant communication and professionalism from the beginning. George was very helpful in providing a quick quote over the phone, and ran through what the process would look like. On the actual day, George and the team were brilliant, polite and worked hard to ensure I was happy with the service provided. 100% recommend, will be using again!

WN Removals damaged my furniture during transit and have still failed to resolve it.

WN Removals moved my furniture from my home into storage on 17 October. They arrived almost three hours later than the agreed time, and during transit broke one of my mirrored drawers.

Despite this being reported immediately, over two months later nothing has been resolved. I am now being told to wait until late January or possibly February, which would mean up to four months to rectify damage caused during their move. That is not acceptable.

What is even more concerning is a message I later received which strongly suggests my complaint is being dismissed internally rather than dealt with. In the message, my claim is described as “a load of crap”, with the suggestion that I have “given up pursuing” the issue, and that they would only act if “shit hits the fan”.

This demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, care for customers’ property, and urgency in correcting their own mistake. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using WN Removals.

Once this issue is properly resolved, I am willing to remove this review.

Update: 23/12. Email with all evidence has been sent. Including the commentary of the team. None of which was challenged.

George communicated and quoted so promptly. Job booked in within the week. Callum & Alfie arrived when expected and grafted to get the job done. Really happy with the whole process and result, thanks guys :-)

George has been excellent at communicating with me throughout and on the moving day, he and his staff were friendly, helpful and organised. Their experience shone through. Should I ever heal from the trauma of the unnecessarily lengthy moving process and decide to move again, I would be sure to use WN removals again

The guys were very courteous & went out of their way to make our move as easy as possible, highly recommend, very professional, turned up on time & helped us no end on a very difficult day.

George and his team helped with numerous jobs after we moved into our new home, including setting up our impossible to do bbq and clearing out a mountain of boxes! Super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this company and we will be using them again!

We were very apprehensive about our move (10 years there, 2 kids, 2 dogs, a lot of memories, emotions, complicated chain situation) but Zac & his team were amazing… from initial enquiry, quotation, competitive price, back & forth securing dates, through to end of job. The packing/house prep service (Andy, Scott & Alfie) on day 1 made our life very easy, highly recommend. They were quick, considerate & professional. On day 2 it was lovely to see the familiar face of Andy return this time with Brian, Haydn & Tyler. They worked their way around the house/attic/garden/shed/garage methodically, keeping me updated as they went. Look forward to getting everything out of storage (which Zac arranged) & the “other end” hopefully soon.

From initial engagement prior to moving it was excellent. Move day came and the guys arrived on time, they worked efficiently, were friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble would highly recommend

The guys we had did an absolutely amazing job helping us move they even dismantled our bed and rebuilt it in our new home. They were quick and careful with our goods. They put our furniture to rooms they needed to be. Very polite and friendly and professional. One chap even heard we had a screw missing for my daughters bed and manage to find us a screw which fitted this was going above and beyond. I would highly recommend these guys. Thank you so much for helping us move absolute 10 stars from us

Arrived an hour and a half late.
Complained non stop about the stairs (although I did mention in the quote request that there was no lift and I was on the second floor)
Scratched most of my furniture, reluctantly dismanteled a drink cabinet after I insisted to avoid damage but then they ended loosing part of the base.
The owner half sentence answered whe I texted him to explain what happened. Not even going to waste my time with the misogyny in their behaviour.

Pre-loved furniture collection - George was consistently so helpful, polite and cheerful when messaging. He managed to fit in picking up our no longer needed sofa at short notice, and will undoubtedly find it a new home. The council would have disposed of it which would have been a waste, and the furniture charities couldn’t collect for ages, so I was so pleased that George could take it. A really good service, highly recommended!

I recently moved house with WN Removals, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the very first contact, their customer service was excellent. I had to move to a third floor flat,,the guys were amazing ,taking heavy goods up 3 flights of stairs ,nothing was too much trouble!!! Not a thing was broken and they were very professional and worked incredibly hard for us !!! A service I would recommend to anyone and great value for money !!!! Well done guys !!!!!

I’ve used them for a few clearance jobs before, and they’ve always been reliable. This time, I booked them for a house move, and once again, they delivered exceptional service. The move was completed on time and at a great price! Far better than any other removal service in the Basingstoke area. Highly recommended!
