Honestly don’t know how anyone drinks this protein shake. The taste is awful. No vanilla or coconut sugar flavour.

Fantastic and helpful service
Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldnt be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she reccomended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will deffinatly reccomend and use again.

Bad experience with store staff before…
Bad experience with store staff before lockdown last year. Very impolite member of staff who acted offended and huffy that we asked for a specific product waving in the vague direction of the corner and grunting. His entire demeanour was disdainful and frankly more than misogynistic but radiated hatred against women and frankly creepy. NEVER going back there

Health - over and beyond
I have shopped at Wild Oats for years now and have always been grateful and impressed with the great customer care. Some people may not appreciate the knowledge and understanding of the many staff at Wild Oats. Time after time, I have benefitted from their care and advice. It is worth noting that some staff have significant expertise in particular areas. I have been the Head teacher of two Primary Schools and often, when parents have expressed concerns about issues with their health or their children's health, I have suggested contacting Wild Oats and been thrilled with their response. Thank you to a great Bristol resource.
