Never buy from Wobbi!!!!

Very bad customer service. They sent wrong product, then said I can keep it cause they will compensate with new one. I believed them but they never did!
Meanwhile the window for sending back the product and getting money refund (possibly?!), is now closed.
They just stop replying on emails.
So convenient, right?
Now I am left with something I cannot wear and a very BAD feeling.
Will never buy from them again!!!

Great customer service

Boots shipped fast, but the one of the winter boots had a defective lining. The service replied swiftly and promised dispatching a new pair swiftly. Thumbs up for being environmentally conscious too.
Aside from the defective lining the boots seem to be a very good choice for mild winter days. They are very lightweight, feature a foot friendly form and the sole seems to have a good grip.

No help after they shipped to the wrong country

Wobbi shipped my package to outside the EU by mistake. It’s now stuck in customs and after first contact where they promised to sort it, they’ve gone radio silent and are not responding to my emails (the only way to contact customer service). No boots and they’ve not returned my money. It’s been 2 weeks since the order was placed. Estimated delivery 1-3 days on their website.

Excellent boots

Excellent boots, lightweight and durable. Works perfect on the farm or in the woods.

The customer service is just brilliant with quick and personal response.

I would recommend Wobbi any day of the week
