Scam - no deliveries received and company unresponsive

My mother-in-law placed 3 orders with this business. Two orders were placed in person on 23rd May 2026 at The Chelsea Flower Show, and a further online order on 28th May.

Since the orders were placed, there have been no deliveries and no updates.

The business does not advertise a contact number on their website and is unresponsive to messages through social media channels.

My mother-in-law has had to contact her credit card company for a chargeback.
