Most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. They’re getting shabby now as I’ve been wearing them all the time as I’ve had plantar fasciitis. So I hope I can replace them.

For orders outside Denmark, the return policy is very complicated and customer is entitled to figure it all out --> stress, time & money
I would never make an online order again from Woden unless I am exactly certain that the shoe type and size are perfect for me.

So I got myself a paid the rubber lined ankle boots. I ordered them for an independent retailer they were delivered in November. I’ve worn them for two months and they split. Unfortunately, the retailer has put into a receiver ship when I emailed Bowden. They told me I couldn’t return them because I haven’t bought from them. They can’t accept a return even though they have a 24 month warranty. I have proof of purchase and have sent them pictures of the spit. So I wasted over a £100 pounds and supported an individual shop. They sale there products to a large number of independent businesses and of course some will sadly close. I just don’t think this should happen to people that bun good faith. I will be taking this further

Easy ordering, free shipping, super fast and great quality. Had two pairs last year that I loved so needed three more colours. They are so comfy and look smart. I had so many comments on them last year as they are not common in Uk.

Really good looking and comfortable shoes. I have very wide feet so comfort is not always a straightforward thing.

Even though I live in the UK, ordering from Woden.com was straightforward. The delivery from Denmark was smooth and pretty quick and the trainers are very comfortable. I love the look of them too. I bought them for fine weather and hopefully we'll have sunshine for its own sake, and so I can wear my trainers!

The sneakers are exactly what I have been searching for! Fit perfectly, colour is exactly what I was looking for and of course the quality is unbeatable. I was able to order them, track and receive them smoothly and in time for going away. Thank you

Understanding of o problem, an being helpful that was make this experience great. What I would expect to make better is responding time, a nd being more proactive, anticipate the next question, steps, which would reduce the number of emails.

This is my second time purchasing directly from Woden and they do not disappoint! I live in Canada and it took only a week to receive my shoes. I ordered the BJORK SUEDE - BAMBUS GREEN — Size 38. I am a size 7, and these fit perfect and are comfortable right out of the box. Woden shoes are well-made and incredibly stylish. You can buy with confidence from Woden!

The sneakers made by Woden are very sustainable, they last for a loooong time. They have an excellent fit and are comfortable for many miles. Woden service is reliable and honest.

I actually bought two pairs of boots because the first pair was too big. Unfortunately Woden still have not provided a refund for the original boots I returned in December despite acknowledging their arrival and issuing me a credit note. I have chased multiple times. I am now issuing a section 75 claim via my credit card company. Shame. Great boots.

Straight forward, ordering very easy delivered in 3 weeks. Went slightly down in size, comfortable on snug and warm to wear.

Not sure if they’re a scam website, but I’ve emailed them more than 10 times since returning my order a month ago and they haven’t responded once and I don’t have my money back
