The support is very poor
The support is very poor! I received the lamp as a Christmas gift. It was purchased through a German website. In Germany, a statutory warranty period of two years applies. Therefore, the manufacturer is obliged to replace the product in the event of a defect within those two years.
Furthermore, within the first six months, it is the manufacturer’s responsibility to prove that the defect was caused by the customer — which is not the case here. The lamp simply stopped working.
If this matter is not resolved.
