Waste of time , wouldn't bother ordering
Postage says 2-3 days been well over a week
Don't even get a email to track or say item has been sent . Tried to contact loads of times they just ignore . No point in supporting small bussines when this is how they act . Don't bother wasting your money

I made a purchase from this store on September 20th. Despite the order being confirmed, I have not received a tracking code. I have contacted them five times through all available methods and have not received a single response. Stay alert girls, it’s a scam.

Couldn’t rate this company more, I had a small issue with the sizing and the girls got me a new parcel out with the bigger size, before my original parcel got back to them. They just wanted proof of postage before sending the new one to me in order to get the pieces before my holiday. It’s also free returns to exchange as I got that refunded also. Great work will be ordering for my holiday next February also! Thanks Danielle x

Excellent quality products and came quickly well packaged, with my order I did have to message them about something to do with it (not faulty or anything) and Daisy was so lovely, really helpful and quick to respond everything I needed was sorted in an hour if not less! I tell all my friends how fab Wolfebay is and will always be a returning customer 🫶🏻🩷

They sent me the wrong size in an item which they said if I returned they would re send out another one, they said parcels can take up to 7 days it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received the correct size in the item, I’ve gone back and forth with them countless times to which I get something along the lines of they will refund it but then ask me what the issue is again even though the whole email trail is there, as soon as you opt for the refund you get no response from them what so ever. Twice they’ve gone quiet on me after fast responses then to absolutely nothing. Wasted money on a two piece which is missing half of it so they got the item back but I never got the item I paid for!

AVOID… placed an order on the 11.09.24 with the fastest delivery option and still haven’t received my items. I have emailed and messaged via Instagram and get an acknowledgment but never a solution. Terrible that they have my money and I have nothing. Had to dispute the transaction with my bank now to get a refund. I even offered to pick my order up! Nothing worse than a constant advertisement of themselves on Instagram stories but can’t live up to orders placed. Never again.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago, paid extra for the "express shipping" and I am still waiting for the items! I have sent over 10 messages and just been ignored or told "I will look into this" and they never ever do.
False promises, terrible terrible terrible service and if you're lucky enough to actually receive your items then wow. Save your money because you won't get it back.

DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND

I placed an order in July and the tracking number cannot be seen on the website. After contacting customer service several times on Instagram and email, they told me that since I had chosen the cheapest shipping option (the only one that arrived in Italy), they were unable to give me the tracking number. The order has not yet arrived and they told me that they would refund me in August. customer service is a disgrace, save your money

I placed my order on the 10th of October after reaching out to see if the items would arrive in time for my holiday on the 4th October. I was told it would be a priority and my order would be here in time. I messaged on the 25th, 27th and the 2nd of October to see where my order was and was advised it would get looked into each time with no further information. I was then told on the 3rd of October it hadn’t been sent out yet.

I understand that items are hand made hence why I emailed prior to my order. I have since had to request a charge back from my bank.

Such a shame because the items look lovely and I love to support a small business but the company are clearly unable to fulfill their orders and liaise with customers.

Do not buy from this company.
I ordered 6 Items on the 11th September worth over £100, on the 17th they sent an email saying it was on its way. On the 24th I emailed and asked if they could help tell me where it is as it’s in the UK (so should have come by then). I got an email back on the 25th but it looks like an email that they copy and paste to everyone. They said they’d get back to me regarding updates. I chased twice again and nothing. No response. They do not reply to instagram DM and they conveniently have all there instagram comments on there posts turned off.
I have thankfully disputed this with my bank and got my money back.
Don’t waste your time purchasing.

My new favorite brand ! I ordered 2 sets and a dress for my trip to the bahamas and I am already looking forward to my next trip in January to order some more. I got so many compliments all weekend. The quality is amazing ! The colors are vibrant and the outfits are just so cute! Will definitely order more

Avoid buying from this company. They will send you a damaged product and then ignore all your emails. Not returns method or address listed on their website so you are unable to make a return unless they reply to you. Awful customer service.

If I could give this company a LOWEST OF THE LOW review, I would !!
I ordered and paid for the summer fruit dress on 20th August. It took 2 weeks to arrive, DAMAGED.
Countless emails sent and received advising me that my replacement was sent almost 4 weeks ago, still NOTHING !!
Vague responses such as “your item was sent last week” but no details. This was on 18th September.

Conveniently, comments on their Instagram pages are ‘limited’ to prevent disgruntled customers from exposing them I think.

Absolutely appalling and completely untrustworthy service.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!!!!!!
Both me and a friend ordered with this brand at the very start of the month (enough time till our holiday at the end of this week). We have both experienced little to no help with our orders when we chased them up. Messaging them through their assistance instagram and their customer service email. It took a total of 2 weeks for them to send out my item which I paid just short of £50 including standard delivery (2-5 working days). After emailing and messaging multiple times I was greeted with “hello lovely I’ll get this sorted today for you” every single time which quite frankly is highly unprofessional when you’re experiencing issues and expect quality customer service. My order eventually arrived however my friend is still waiting for hers (one being a return/exchange and the other is a new order for a separate item). She has been emailing and messaging non stop as we go away Thursday and she would at least like the second order she paid for. We have now both had to buy the items we wanted through a secondary seller…WASTING MORE MONEY (yes our own choice but we wanted those specific outfits and it shouldn’t be the case that it is easier to buy them from a secondary seller!) It is clear that this brand is ran by HIGHLY inexperienced people who are very much interested in collaborating with people with a platform or who look a certain way rather than normal people spending their own money on these items.
