I looked here after I placed my order and got a little scared. My order did arrive later than claimed by the shop, still within a month. Now for the quality of the coat. It's an ok quality, I won't recommend it for freezing weather. It's more like a coat for springtime. The fit is smaller than the actual size ordered. Glad I always order a size larger (I never trust in where clothing is made), so it fits just nicely. There are two rows of buttons and one is false, which I think is quite the bummer.
And yeah... They're scammers... They think of their own pockets to fill first. I could't find proof of them helping wolves.

I ordered ONE coat on Dec. 8 23. A popup added a 2nd coat size sm. I immediately notified them that this was an error and tried to cancel the 2nd order, the still had my payment info and charged me the 2nd coat. I've tried for months to get a refund- to this date they still have done nothing. I also tried to return the coat I DID order-- but they want to charge me a fee. Here are some of their responses to me:

I purchased my shirt on 12/31/23. On 1/7/24 I received notice that the package had been shipped. Tracking information indicated that shipping actually occurred on 1/5/24. I queried the company about the package on 1/15/24. On 1/16/24 I received a response with a personal guarantee that the package had actually been shipped this time (“as we speak,” was the promise). However, the tracking number I was given on the new shipment was the same tracking number I was given for the 1/5/24 shipment. Upon checking, the package (shipped on 1/5/24 or was it on 1/16/24?) had just managed cleared customs the day before.
The same day (1/16/24), I requested a cancellation of the order. Unfortunately, I was informed that the package had left their control, and there was nothing they could do to cancel or change the order. The package did not leave their distribution center in Elks Grove Village, IL until the 1/17/24. For the next seven days, the package floated around in space until it landed on my front door step on 1/24/24.
What I received looks nothing like what was advertised on their web site. The two T-shirts are not heavy cotton, but some kind of thin synthetic material. The hoodie (where do I begin) is thin fabric, has three buttons (not the six as in the ad). The hoodie tie is a shoe string, not a cotton cord. The pockets and sleeves are not finished with binding (as in the ad), and the pocket is sewn on the front side of the wolf image. The lower part of its jaw and nose are covered by the pocket that should have been sewn on the reverse side as to not cover the image (like in the photo). Lastly, the wolf image itself is so large, nearly half the head and ears are not present. I would (could) include photos of the advertisement, and the actual shirt for comparison but, this site does not give that option.

I ordered a coat and it arrived within a month. I love it, the design is v pretty and the coats very comfy. Only hick is that there are no proofs that they are helping wolves ://

Hello so I got my long hoodie and wolfs lamps today in the mail it took a bit but it's here! ( And ok quality) But only 3 stars because I can't find any proof that they help wolf's at all I asked them to send me video or fotos and that should be easy for them to provide but sadly no response... I find a better site in further...

Got scammed. Got the coat, too small, no response from company via email, phone number disconnected. I should have looked here 1st.

Be Careful. I ordered the jacket and after delivery I will return it. The first message was: I have to pay for the shipping and 15% restocking fee. After tons of messages, we finely get 80% back

Never received my merchandise! Contacting credit card to dispute order!

Wolf mission shop, I ordered a wolf hoodie from these on Facebook 3wks ago and nothing has come. I thought these people were helping the wolves they are helping themselves they are scammers. I'm going through the motions at the moment of trying to get my money back.

Dont buy its SCAM. I was stupid enough to actually buy from them and its 3 months i dont have the item going through paypal resolution center still waiting to get my money back. They are scams and trying everything to not send you anything and keep the money. Dont buy from them

This place is a scam ,don't buy!!!!!! To all looking at this website,I ordered and got nothing,there email is to a wolf sanctuary and not merchandise,and there phone number is disconnected invalid, this place is a scam!!! Don't buy

The official organization has its own merchandise store, and the link to this store is right on their official website, missionwolf.org. To confirm this, I reached out to the official organization via email and asked about wolfmission.shop; they confirmed that they have no connection with this store. Don't support scammers by purchasing their products; you won't be helping nature in any way.

Well I ordered 2 coats one for myself in grey and black one for my mother. They arrived quicker than expected and utilised tracking service which gave fair idea were package was, I do order alot from abroad so was surprised with how quick they got here. Quality of both coats was very good, no loose stitching, print was very strong and size was spot on, mother was absolutely thrilled with how warm the coat was when she wore it in this UK weather. Confused by previous negative view hence utilising tracking I now considering ordering the jumper I like, first time I have brought something via Facebook as very sceptical normally but this time impressed

This company is a scam I ordered a wolf coat still haven't received it I email them and they said it was on its way its been almost a month I will never order anything from Facebook ever again.

Really bad experience. Don't waste your money, the product quality and likes and nothing like what is advertised. To make matters worse, when you request refund they offer you only a 30% refund to offset for their shipping and handling costs which is absurd.

Same experience as most, lovely-looking sweater (according to photos), seeming heavy knit, supposedly worth $120 before the sale price (still $50), Gotta be cozy and helps the wolves, right? Nope. Paper thin pullover with a subpar wolf print on it. The reviews on the website are clearly faked after reading all of the reviews here. What a scam.

I ordered two ladies v-necked tee shirts on the 12th December 2023. I was kept informed by email that there was a delay sending out the orders due to high demand! I'm pleased to say that I received my order today and I'm delighted with them. They even put a free wolf bracelet in my parcel as a token gesture for the delay in delivery! I would like to think these people actually help wolves like they say they do but I haven't got anything negative to say about them personally.

After reading all the negative reviews I was pretty sure that I made a mistake ordering the coat. However, I received it today, and while it's indeed made in China (something I wish had been disclosed), the coat is nice and the fit true to size. The pattern does not seem cheaply printed, but just to be sure I washed it in cold water and air dried it. I actually love the fit and the huge hood. And no, I did not receive this as a gift in exchange for a positive review. I'm giving it 4 stars because of: 1) Not disclosing China as the country of origin, 2) not answering my email, and 3) because I don't know yet how well/long it will hold up.
