Be cautious when ordering from Wolford. I have experienced serious issues with their customer service and refund process. After returning a package worth 537€, I have been waiting over 47 days for my refund with no resolution.
Their listed phone numbers and email addresses are non-functional, and it is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone from the company. This level of unresponsiveness is shocking for a brand of their scale and reputation.
I am warning others to think twice before purchasing from them, as this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you’ve encountered similar issues, make your voice heard and demand accountability!
Never buying online again
Order October 25th, it has been over a month now and I still didn't get my order. Email customer care worked in the beginning of Nov, a week later it has been returning my emails as non-delivered.
Absolutely bizarre
Absolutely bizarre... I very rarely come onto trust pilot, especially when searching a well established high end brand... but I am shocked!! EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE AS EVERYONE ELSE! Every emails bounces back. Every call gets hung up. Even stores aren't picking up! I would bet money that they are going into administration as this makes no sense. The absolutely audacity to take £££ from my account with no intention of shipping a product.

Scam Alert – Avoid Buying from Wolford!
I made an online purchase from Wolford 20 days ago for 1,350 kr (approximately €180). Despite the amount being fully withdrawn from my bank account, I never received an order confirmation via email. My order status on their website still shows "processing," and nothing has been delivered.
The worst part? Customer service is non-existent:
Phone number: Fake – calls don’t go through.
Emails: Automatically rejected, with responses stating they cannot reach the recipient.
There’s no way to contact them about the issue. I’m now reporting Wolford for fraud and will pursue a refund through my bank.
Save yourself the frustration and money—do not buy from Wolford!

Like everyone else: placed an online order on their EU site, shipping to Netherlands. Charged to my Amex, but no email confirming order, and it never arrived. Can not contact them on phone or on any of the email addresses listed. So glad I used Amex and not debit, so at least I can get my money back. But wow, such a scam for a high-end brand. Will be reporting to relevant authorities and my contacts in fashion and retail press. Shameful.

Like everyone else here, order placed 2 months ago, still not received anything. After contacting customer service 2 times it is now impossible to reach them. Emails bounce back and customer service phone is disconnected.

I have been a loyal customer for years and unfortunately did not check here before placing a large order 2 weeks ago. The money was withdrawn directly, as so many other states, then, no order confirmation, no possibility to contact customer service (I've tried three different emails, they all bounce back).
I looked at their Instagram where they have turned off all comments. Not a good sign. I'm scared that I'll loose my money so I will be meeting up with my bank tomorrow to do a charge back on my card. It's unbelievable that there are companies out there, like Wolford, scamming their loyal customers.
If you don't have products to deliver, or a customer service, you should close your shop and stop taking payments. It's as simple as that! Why are you still making new posts to social when you can't reply to customers or ship orders?

Horrible experience. I placed an order weeks ago. After contacting customer service it turned out items are not in stock. I’ve been waiting for a refund for weeks. Customer service email and phone now not working!
Do not order from this company - scam artists
An absolute scam of a firm. Ordered in UKP on UK website and after two weeks was told I needed to pay customs charges due to an admin error. Asked for a full refund and told I needed to wait a month for the return. After a month their phones are cut off and all emails bouncing. Hats off to Monzo for returning my money within 24 hours of reporting it as a scam.

My order has been processing since 2 November 2024. Their customer email service bounces back and their telephone number hangs out automatically.
The one thing they are good is charging you. This is a real scam.
My order is missing for a month
I placed an order with Wolford over a month ago and have yet to receive any updates or my order. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but my email didn’t go through. The lack of communication is incredibly disappointing, especially for a high-end brand like Wolford. They’ve already charged my card, but there’s been no information on the shipment, and I highly suspect I have been scammed. If you can’t provide the products I ordered, at the very least, I expect a refund. This experience has been frustrating and feels like a complete lack of care for customers.
I don't even know what to do now. Continue to wait until I forget?.... is it what they are expecting?

I never received an order confirmation and it is not possible to contact Wolford- the mail adress and phone numbers doesn’t work.
I can read that others experienced the same.
If I do not reveive my order I plan to report Wolford to the police.

DO NOT order from their website. I placed an order on October 21, and waited for two weeks for its shipment before asking the customer service to cancel it. Apparently their custom service was unable to do it and they had to transfer the request to a relevant department. I'm still waiting for a refund as of now. If they don't it within 30 days I'll have to claim the money via chargeback.
