Personal and Commercial Hosting
I use Wolf Servers for personal and commercial hosting, never had any issues before with outages or support. The team are always quick to reply to support requests. Hosting is inexpensive however for the standard of hosting however from personal experience I would say much better than many of the "hosting giants"

Slow Websites and errors all the way through.
My website was very slow. Wordpress wouldn't install correctly and my SSL certificates were causing hassle. Giving everyone errors because they were 'self-signed'. I was told to use Let's Encrypt for them but there was no option to use that. It seemed that the only way to do it was to buy one - which I think is a waste of money.
A website took nearly 40 seconds just to load up the "Coming soon" page - and I get 70mbps broadband speeds so it isn't me. It's the hosting provider. Something needs to get sorted about it!

We tried to reach out to you following your cancellation request to try and assist in resolving some of your issues but we have not heard back from you since.
As stated in our reply/ticket to you your nameservers were not pointed towards our servers correctly, hence we imagine the slow loading times. This will also give you the "self-signed" warning message as DNS validation would not be completed.
We do not have an option for Let's Encrypt because it is not needed, our control panel (cPanel) has the option to install SSL certificates by default.
Addressing page speed, in general, I ran a Google PageSpeed Insights following your cancellation request to another client hosting a WordPress install which resulted in 400ms response.
I also just checked your access logs on your account, not one single request has reached our new server, so again your domain has not been correctly pointed to our services.

This appears to be a fledgling company, they setup a TeamSpeak 3 server for me really quickly, I tried to use it and stumbled, I contacted support and they soon got back to me informing me that I had made an error in setting up my connection to the server, sorted and using it within two hrs from purchase.
