If I could put a zero I would - awful experience in what ultimately is a very stressful situation…
All they want is money and no answers or care given. Felt like they had no idea on the process or wouldn’t commit to any real advice and whilst paying an extortionate amount of money with no results. Avoid.

Used them earlier in 2025, then moved to another law firm as they could not do what I needed and when. Then Wollens write to me hired by one of other parties involved representing them!

AVOID

We are currently in the process of moving house and unfortunately for us our buyers have decided to use wollens as their solicitors. Rather than make the process as smooth as possible it seems that wollens do nothing but delay, delay and cause issues and obstructions at every stage. It has now been 6 months and they are still raising enquiries which should have been raised months ago and when giving an answer or asking for confirmation of anything they take weeks to respond to a simple question. We are at the exchange date stage and they are still raising minor issues. I am only grateful that they are not my solicitors and would recommend that nobody has anything to do with them.

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with unfortunately since last October till now/ongoing as I still have a tiny bit of blood left.
Horrendous and ignorant practises driven solely to rob the estate daily until nothing left,
Work and replies at a snails pace if reply at all and call customers liars and charge you for the privilege.
Everything is done for their own maximum gain and your loss,
They do many unnecessary things just to add to the costs and even worse they are fraudulent and corrupt along with extortionate charges.
Avoid this company like your life depends on it

Just the worst solicitors ever. What an awful experience. I have bought and sold some 20 properties in my time and never have experienced such an awful service. Error after error and delay after delay. Daisy Otton was the worst you could possibly imagine. Presented with a £3000 bill but duly refunded £4250 in view of such a bad experience.

Simply horrible ethos and professionalism.Under the beautiful shell one will find indifference,incapability and amoralism.Not really different from the offending party I asked them to provide me legal advice fom.If you want to spend your valuable money and time feel free to seek their"service".One star does them credit but there is no option for zero.I personally spent over £3000 opting for the "inclusive" plan to receive in 4 months the service of a letter of summary and a letter of recommendation.No clear planning,no legal action.Only letters that I need to pay more.Unacceptable and shameful.Do yourselves a favor and keep away.

My partner wanted to make a simple change to his Will, nothing more. Wollens talked round and round in circles trying to make out that there are many things that had to be cautious about. Utter rubbish. Can't get a 'yes' or 'no' out of them just constantly repetition of the same bla bla. Wollens only has its own interests at heart, certainly not that of paying clients.

BEWARE! Misleading and arguably a scam experience. Quoted for a fee on the FULL exchange of a house, we aborted a month in and were expecting a lesser fee because Wollens had only completed the searches we had already paid for. They decided it was fair to charge us the full whack for a fraction of the work. It was an act of greed from Wollens and clearly a way their business works after reading other money scam reviews. I would not recommend working with them.

Bevans solicitors wollens, helped a terrible landlord Sanctuary housing by actually dragging the case which was to be a straightforward eviction and therefore encouraging ASB and putting the onus on us when we have suffered for years. Also were not housing lawyer. Corrupt behaviour.
They must have an arrangement for the go softly approach €££€
We are moving but the next tenants will suffer the same problem AWFUL !
