Shoe love.

Love these shoes, love the story and process behind them. They are something different from the usual casual shoes you would see on the market. Comfortable and stylish. 100% recommend. Also, they were shipped out to New Zealand so incredibly fast and with ease!!

UPDATE (Jan 2, 2026) RESOLVED: Refund Issued by Owner

UPDATE (Jan 2, 2026): The owner (Casper) contacted me personally to resolve this. He explained the delay was due to the holiday closure and provided valid proof (a backend screenshot) that the refund of €126.90 has now been processed via Shopify.

I appreciate the personal follow-up to ensure the matter was settled. As promised, I have updated my rating to reflect that the return was honored.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Order #1749

I returned my order in perfect, new condition using your provided label. UPS confirms it was delivered to your warehouse in Brøndby on December 19th and signed for by "YIIMAR".

Your policy states refunds are processed within 5 days. It has now been over a week. I have sent multiple emails and messaged you on Instagram, but I have been completely ignored.

I understand delays happen, but ghosting a customer who has proof of delivery is unacceptable. I am forced to write this review simply to get your attention.

Please process my refund immediately so I can update this review.

We’d like to clarify how our return process works.

We work with a professional third-party logistics and quality control setup used by several established fashion brands. When a return arrives at the warehouse, it is registered and carefully inspected to ensure the item is unused and in original condition. Once this inspection is completed, we receive confirmation and refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.

As this return arrived during the busy Christmas period, handling times at warehouses can be longer than usual across the industry. We are actively following up to ensure the process is completed as quickly as possible.

We have also been in direct contact with you by email and will continue to stay in close dialogue throughout the process until the refund is completed.

Please be assured that this is not a matter of ignoring the customer or withholding a refund. Trust and service are extremely important to us, and refunds are always processed as soon as the return is approved according to our standard procedure.

Thank you for your patience, and for giving us the opportunity to clarify the situation.
