For me the service has been excellent…

There are bit too many deliveries that never arrive to destination. I order around every second week and in two years 3 times food as not arrived at all and another 4-5 driver does not want to get out of the car and rather calls me to get out on the street to get my food rather than him getting out of car and taking elevator or walking to second floor.

3 times when deliveries did not arrive I also was waiting support to answer, but it took more than 3 hours for them to respond and only thing they could afford was give my money back and extra 3€. After ruining my whole day like that I will think twice before ordering through them.

Wolt and foodora both seem kinda bad on deliveries, where as kotipizza has never failed me

Worst Experience I have ever had with any Food Delivery Service Ever

Good customer support team!

Even though their deliverers are often bad with instructions and have issues finding you, if you rate the delivery accordingly their nice customer support team will email you, listen to you and possibly even compensate!

Recommendation:
Allow to tip deliverers and restaurant after the delivery, not before :)

The whole set-up is unprofessional

The whole set-up is unprofessional. International phone numbers are not recognised. Once I was finally able to register and place an order, after a while food was shown as delivered when the courier person had not even contacted me. Eventually I got a call from my hotel front desk and when I went to collect the food the delivery guy was very rude. The pizza was stone cold and I didnt get a refund when I reported the problem through chat. I travel the world and use so many food delivery services - but this takes the cake as the worst and most badly managed
