In every country there's the scammy…
In every country there's the scammy food delivery and the proper one. This falls into the first category.
Once you've paid them money in any form, there's zero customer support.
Illegal
We contacted customer service before the order was cancelled to ask for a small change — no one said anything. No warning. No notice. Then, after more than an hour of waiting, I had to ask myself where the food was, only to be told the order had been cancelled due to a suspected violation.
Really? If there was an issue, why didn’t anyone mention it earlier — especially when we were already talking to support?
The result?
A pregnant woman left without food.
Money charged immediately, refund in “5 days”.
No food, no apology, no immediate solution.
Had to pay again to order elsewhere and wait another hour.
This is not just bad service. It’s negligent, disrespectful, and unacceptable.
Wolt is not a platform you can trust. Never again.
Edit:
The day after my order was cancelled and I was told I violated Wolt’s terms, I was informed by another support agent that I could actually use my account and bonuses without any problem.
This clear contradiction highlights a serious failure in communication and customer care.
Being wrongly accused and denied service, only to be told later it was a mistake, is unacceptable.
Wolt needs to take responsibility for this mishandling and improve its support.

Before searching for the company, I somehow knew that most reviews would be negative, and I have had multiple issues in the past with their abysmal service, both regarding their courier partners AND the customer support agents themselves.
Here is a full, HONEST, UNBIASED review of what really is going on with this company.
1st of all, customer support agents are totally clueless as to what is going on in the real world, since they sit comfortably in a high-tech office (Michalakopoulou 80; this is PUBLIC information, by the way!), and the only thing they see is a few dots on their screens, showing them where each and every courier partner is!
2nd, whenever a problem occurs, their reaction time is very slow, thus frustrating the customer(s) even further!
3rd, most of their courier partners are not natives and do NOT speak the language, with multiple issues, especially when they come from a 3rd-world country, which breeds them to act like, well, animals! (I guess most people reading this KNOW exactly which country I am talking about.)
4th, which is directly related to #3 above, these courier partners quite often do whatever they please when they pick up your order, including, but not limited to:
A: Stopping for a friendly chat with one of their friends for at least 15-25 minutes, thus making your order arrive STONE COLD! The other day, I saw the courier's stigma stopped directly across from the restaurant in which he picked up the order, and I was wondering, "What the f*** is he doing all that time over there???," so I got fully dressed, went out, and located him, only to discover that he was chatting away with a friend of his at a supermarket while my order was getting cold, and at least 20-22 minutes had passed since the time he had picked up my order!!! When I told Customer Support about this, they called me a racist just because I pointed out that ONLY people from THAT specific country act like that!
B: Stealing from your food! Yes, people: you read that correctly! Their courier partners (again, the SAME type of people) actually steal from your food, and I have actually caught at least two of them doing it!!!
C: Making lame-ass excuses that they "can't find your address" and going around in circles, whilst simultaneously chatting away on the phone ALL THE TIME with their fellow countrymen, LOUDLY, regardless of the time!!! Even if it is 4 o'clock in the morning!!!
D: Often arriving at your place and pretending that "someone stole the food from their delivery box" while they were at the last location, which is highly unlikely, and especially at the frequency in which they declare that it happens!!!
5th: For the past two years, they have added a TON of unnecessary fees, and they charge you twice or maybe even three times for exactly the same thing! For example: "Delivery fee, service fee, distance fee." Seriously??? Oh, and, at night, they add a FOURTH charge of "late night fee" - lol
6th: Totally lousy customer support agents who can become irate and try to patronize you, as if you are some young child or something, and even threaten you that they will ban you from being able to contact customer support if you talk to them freely and express your frustration... WHICH IS THEIR FAULT TO BEGIN WITH!!!
All in all, these are the things that I strongly dislike about this lousy company, and they need to fix a ton of things if they are to have a future in this country!!!
Closing, I would like to mention that I have a TON of evidence for each and every single point that I have written above, and I am more than willing to come forward and prove it!

I added 1 star but if possible I would add 0! Worse company ever, very bad communication, disrespectful customer service! They kept changing the time of my order and they delivered it to me 2 hours later and this is not the first time this is happening. This happens constantly! Also when I told them right on time to cancel my order and refund my money back they didn’t reply to me again until the order was delivered! This is unacceptable and I will be ordering from Bolt and Foody only from now on, much better service.

We made an order at about 9.30 pm. At around 10.45 that we were checking where the delivery guy was, he was stopped at some house. We contacted with the app again about the man because he was stopped there for like 20 minutes and we thaught he had an accident. Later on at around 11.15 we got a message that our order was complete. We contacted the restaurant and they told us to communicate with wolt through messages. However we had already sent messages and we didnt get an answer. 10 minutes later they replyed banning us for using many accounts even though we only had one.

Awful service making your life only worse. A total waste of time. They will ruin all your plans and you will receive a notification about missing items after you receive your order and then go shopping again. Product lists never up to date, useless support and delivery time they publish is very wrong, far from reality. I have this issue many times with them
Terrible customer service & double payment issues
I had the worst experience with this delivery app. They charged my bank account twice for the same delivery-completely unacceptable! When I contacted their customer service, “represented by the useless agent Christos” they outright denied the issue and were incredibly unprofessional, offering no assistance or accountability whatsoever and he even kept with gaslighting me into believing that there was never any double payment!!!!!
Thankfully, my bank stepped in, confirmed the double payment, also confirmed that Wolt held the amount two times and is now requesting a refund from this useless unreliable company. This proves the app's complete incompetence and lack of responsibility. If my bank hadn't intervened, I would have been left to deal with their mess on my own.
This app is unreliable and their customer service is useless. Save yourself the headache and avoid using this service at all costs.
I have more than 1100 orders and every time I got an issue they mishandled it. But this time it’s the last and never again!!!!
They keep adding charges
They keep adding charges: Service fees, delivery fees...fees fees. Even if the restaurant is 5 meter from your house, trying to make a 7 € order end up being 10€ with them + 3 € delivery. All of this with 0 customer service but yet, they're getting greedy for more money. Yup, the end
