We had our 30 year old, leaky, cold, uPVC conservatory replaced with a dark grey aluminium one and we're absolutely delighted. Lovely, friendly team of people from quote right through to installation. The guys who did the dismantling/installation were extremely hardworking, tidy and courteous. The reason I've given four stars rather than five is because, although the design WG did for us faithfully followed the original construction, having accepted it, paid the deposit and with the manufacturing process already underway, we were then informed the pitch of the roof would be a foot lower than the old one, which came as a bit of a shock. As a result, some cutting away of internal plasterwork was required. However, it was all done so neatly, we didn't even need to do any redecoration. In terms of heat and sound insulation - well, things have obviously improved tremendously in 30 years! It's going to make a big difference to our heating costs. Only wish we'd had it done sooner. We recently had a roof lantern installed by Wolverhampton Glass. From survey to installation the process was smooth and efficient and we were get informed all throughout the process. The customer service is excellent from surveyor to installer. Everyone was polite and courteous and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company.

Being recently bereaved I was apprehensive about having work done to replace a dilapidated leaky old conservatory which was built by a bunch of cowboys several years ago. I needn't have worried. From the time I met Steve Thompson and Neil Harper I knew that my fears were put to rest. Everything was planned to perfection, checked and re-checked. When the date for installation arrived the team set to work and within hours the old conservatory was gone and the framework for the new one was in place so that it was watertight, such a relief as it was January and the weather was not good. The whole process went like clockwork, the team never stopped and their attitude to work was first class. Poor Tom spent almost two days installing the new tiled roof when it was bitterly cold. It would be unfair to single out any one particular member of the installation team they were all so good. I am delighted with my new conservatory which is much more usable and I have no hesitation in recommending Wolverhampton Glass
