French Windows Fitted.
Old patio doors removed without damage to surrounding plasterwork and old sealant neatly removed from exterior brickwork. New French window installation looks superb. Cannot speak highly enough of the two installers.

Wolverhampton Glass offered a great service from start to finish, especially during this difficult time due to Covid 19. They were efficient during each stage from initial consultation to the final stage of the windows and doors being fitted. The anthracite grey colour looks amazing! They were competitively priced so we will definitely use them again.

Had a completely new roof fitted to our conservatory replacing the old polycarbonate panels with the latest double glazed units. The work was completed in 2 days which included removing all rubbish from the old roof. Great service from beginning to end and the new look has completed transformed the look and feel of the space. We are very pleased with the result.

Fantastic company to deal with, nothing like the average 'double glazing salesmen' type. I called WG for a quote, Neal came out and measured up and gave me a price, with no hard sell and no pressure. Just honest useful advice. Their price was better than I was being quoted by builders and they were offering an actual well known, quality brand bi-fold door (Alu-K), and not something generic (i.e. not cheap rubbish) that the builders were offering! It was a no-brainer to go with them. They came out and fitted when they said they would and left the place really tidy. Everything was very professional and the door is fantastic. I can't recommend WG highly enough for any glazing or door requirements you might have!

Fabulous job done today by Wolverhampton Glass. Very professional. Patio door was expertly fitted by two lovely chaps, couldn't have wished for better. We are thrilled to bits with our new door, very thorough job. Marvellous!

Excellent old fashioned customer service - no pressure to sell you what you don’t need or want.

Great service, very helpful and accommodating, particularly as this took place during the pandemic.
Work was completed efficiently and everywhere was left clean and tidy afterwards.
As this was soon after lockdown was eased, all PPE was worn at all times and work areas sanitised by the fitters.
The team who fitted the windows were excellent too. Definitely recommended.

Service from beginning to end was excellent. The 2 chaps (Dave & Tom?)who fitted the door were excellent, took care in removing the old door so no damage was done to the surround. They were quick and very personable throughout, tidied up afterwards and left no mess.

We wanted new glass units fitted where 4 units had failed and asked if trickle vents could be retro fitted to the windows as we were experiencing condensation problems. Wolverhampton Glass were very professional and worked out how it could all be done The quoted price was very reasonable and the finished job excellent. The suppliers made a mistake in manufacturing the units and extra visits were necessary but We were kept informed and the new units were prioritised for us. We were very happy.

Asked for a quote two months ago. Then sent various chasing emails. Still waiting. Good luck to anyone who wants to use this company.

Ok thanks for the response, so let’s be clear, as well as the shocking customer service that I received your record keeping is equally as bad. Fortunately mine is not:

On 9the June 1700 your representative: Nick Dunckley visited my property to provide a conservatory quote. I was promised a quote the following week.

On 5th July I wrote to you by email: “How are you getting on with the quote?”

On 9th July I wrote “ Should I expect a quote soon”

To this end I have received no response, hence the reason for my score and comments. Let’s see if you can be bothered with responding now.

From start to finish Wolverhampton Glass were fantastic especially during this period of Covid in replacing our old wooden windows.
From initial contact with Neal to plan the work and Steve to organise fitting.
The fitters who came out were fantastic and did an excellent job. Very clean and tidy.
All were very professional and listened to everything that we wanted.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I have found that over many years Wolverhampton Glass is a company that can be trusted to give sound advice and provide excellent quality products at a competitive price. The workmanship employed in fitting is always to an excellent standard.

We needed replacement conservatory doors, and we had heard that some companies were not too keen to quote for such a job. Wolverhampton Glass were very pleasant, helpful and easy to deal with.The job was completed in less than a month, and is excellent quality. Would have NO hesitation in recommending them! We had 3 quotes for a new front door. Wolverhampton Glass were slightly more expensive than the other quotes received but we just knew by the response we received that they would provide a better service.

I had a new patio door and composite door fitted and can honestly say I have been so impressed with the service from start to finish. I requested a quote which was promptly provided to me that day where Neal frequently communicated with me with any queries I had a long with trying to provide a deal that was in line with my budget. Again none of the sales was pushed and Neal and Steve were very friendly and forthcoming and managed to swiftly organise a fitting date that worked with me.

I have had the doors fitted and they’re absolutely immaculate, gorgeous design and both doors feel extremely sturdy. The fitters did a brilliant job and only took them half a day to complete and left everything very clean. I was also impressed that I was provided with 3 spare keys for each door the only thing I would maybe recommend is to have these colour coded I.e. blue case for front door and red case for back door so easy to know which is which.

Overall, Would 100% recommend Wolverhampton Glass to anyone who was looking for getting a new door designed and fitted!
