I have had loads of furniture indoors and outdoors from Womack’s over the last 10 years and the service and quality has been outstanding. Would highly recommend to anyone. The shop is always beautifully displayed and nothing is too much trouble.

Placed an order for some outdoor…
Placed an order for some outdoor furniture , at no point of the telephone order was I told that there would be a 6-8 week lead time. I called 1 week after making the order to arrange a delivery as I had not received any contact from Womack’s. I called Monday and was told to call again Tuesday after 10:30 , I did do and no answer , tried making contact via the chat and they were willing to make contact for a new order !! Sent an e mail requesting a call back only to be told they close Sunday and Mondays , however it was Tuesday. I was also sent an e mail saying they are working from home so unable to use the telephone , however they were more than happy to telephone me to place the order!! No further response until I called again. Unfortunately I have cancelled the order and re ordered with another company although the refund can take 10 days to process ?
Terrible customer service I will not order from here again.

When placing an order over the phone, prior to being closed altogether as 1 member of staff tested positive for Covid, we assume that all due diligence in reading all details about your ordered product has been done. Its very easy to blame others for failing to read quite clearly the details of the ordered item - which is on every page:

Due to the worldwide pandemic and people having to work from home - email is the only course of contact, as email is the only thing that can be seen and responded to by all.
Your 1 star review was of course expected - it usually is the only form of which someone can vent anger against a company, when in fact the original issue of not reading the terms of sale and availability in the first place lies with them self.
Actually trying to see if we would only reply to you on the website chat for an order shows you were in fact being extremely underhanded. You were replied to, as advised the only way to do so, via email.
You were not having problems with online, you were using another email address to see if we rang you.

Just fabulous! The showroom is exceptional - I’ve never seen anything quite like it. Service and staff are attentive and knowledgable and my order for garden furniture and lighting was delivered in 3 days - they Evan took the vast amount of packaging away!
Highly recommended and will be my one stop shop for all my house requirements

I’ve bought from Womacks before in Bawtry and had some lovely things. During COVID I’ve not been able to visit the store. I messaged the shop yesterday and asked if I ordered would it be delivered before my mums birthday on 8th June. I placed an order today at lunchtime on 25th May - then just shortly after lunch the doorbell rang and my order was delivered. I could not believe it. I know service is not always going to be possible like this but it just shows how people are willing to help. Thankyou so much once again

Hello - You were emailed on the 18th April stating the item was to be shipped on the 27th as they were delaying deliveries, due to a worldwide pandemic. Your item was shipped as advised, and signed for on the 4th May - the same day you left this review.
