Complete scam. Ordered a baby travel system took two payments out of account under a different name then phone number now doesn't work. Emails not responded to. Gutted now gotta find extra money to get another one before baby is born

This looks like a real thing but money goes to Jamaica and you don’t see nothing again , no money , no items posted etc it’s a big scam and I can’t believe it came from an English disability/ carers site called carerscarduk

SCAM! AVOID!
Placed an order for a baby toy (as half price knew it was too good to be true!) Immediately realised payment was taken out in dollars format and added a few dollars extra ontop when nowhere did it state it will charge me that amount. Have emailed, doubt I will receive a response, but tomorrow will call my bank to block payment. Also automatic added the Rewards Member CHEEKY SCHEME despite opting out of it!!!! What an absolute joke!

SCAM I ORDERED FROM HERE NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Emailed them they said I would receive full refund never did. And now when I email it bounces back also the phone number just says to contact via email . Absolute thieves

Just like everyone else has stated on here this is a total scam and not only was I overcharged for an item I never received but they have since taken another payment from my account under the name cuddlestores which I had no idea about or had anything to do with! Had to raise a fraud case with my bank and have my card cancelled. Beyond infuriated!!!

I ordered an item from womengifts on 31/01/25, but as others here never received my purchase. I tried to contact by phone and email with no reply. They charged me £39.99 via PayPal. The name of the company on PayPal statement is Geronimo Solutions Corp. I complained to PayPal and I had my money back, but a month later I found that they set up a direct debit for £29.90. I cancelled direct debit, but PayPal don't want to cover this loss even tgat this is an evident fraud. Never use Womengifts website, they are fraudsters.

Never received my item. Sent numerous emails with no response.

Beware - Fraudulent Company

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a product, but it was never delivered. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I received no response. Additionally, they have refused to issue a refund. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The customer service is nonexistent, and I feel completely scammed. Stay away!

It’s a scam website, I have ordered baby stroller on 4th Feb 2025 but more than 15 days not received, even no response for email and not able to call them. I paid through PayPal £189.99. I have requested PayPal to enquire this. They sent email to them to get response but no reply to them also. So they said within 5 workings days you will get refund the full amount. Don’t believe this website.

I have been scammed as well, no goods received, they don't answer emails and the phone is just a recorded message.

I ordered an item at £14.99 with free post but they charged me an extra £10 ! My item never arrived, although I did get a Post office tracking number, which I suspect they send the same number to all. I contacted them several times but they did not respond. My search on Companies House website drew a blank with the company, the director (Angela Cross) and the company address. I know it's not a lot of money but if they do this to everyone,as it seems they do, they should be prosecuted.

Unfortunately I’m in the same position as all others on here. Didn’t receive the goods and no way of contacting them.

Women gifts are a scam. Over charged for the product, have not delivered the product, 4 weeks on, do not answer the phone or emails. These people need to be taken down. They are thieves.

Avoid this company, I ordered something from their website. It never arrived, there is no customer service, and the telephone number doesn't exist. It is a scam. Don't order from them.

DO NOT BUY OFF HERE THEY TOOK 179.99 FOR A PRAM OVERCHARGED ME SO SENT 4.99 BACK TO MY BANK BUT NO THE PHONE NUMBER DONT WORK!

DO NOT USE. Scam website. Bought a dog toy for £10 but they charged me £20. No sign of the toy. Cancelled my card.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL: Item never received and they set up a recurring payment on my paypal account. Had to get a refund through PayPal

Yeah it's a scam unfortunately bought something as the website looks legitimate its only after when the confirmation email was received that I knew something was wrong. Luckily it was only £12 but could of been worse.

Ordered knife sharpener. Could only pay using PayPsl (should have been suspicious) No indication if if and when I might get the item , My bank has contacted me to say the third party company who charged me via PayPal have set up a direct debit to take £16.99 every month from my account. I have stopped all payments , As requested by PayPal I have requested a refund from Women’sgifts and if and when I get a response an investigation into fraud will be opened.
