Ignores concerns of genuine passengers on the horror that is Northern. Gives an award to a member of management who still hasn’t been disciplined for her awful comments about members of staff. This behaviour is certainly NOT inspirational. Biased towards management
Award given to an individual who spearheads the worst transport service in Britain. And uses ironically derogatory comments towards her own staff to promote her own agenda. The whole award is a sham and obviously customer input does not matter at all. Angela Hern is as much a disgrace as Liam Sumpter. There's the equality she wants so much.
There are a lot more who deserve the award over her. I believe in equality as much as anyone does. However Hern is not a feminist but an extremist and sexist herself henceforth.
Giving an award to the most condescending, rude, abnoxious and unprofessional person in the industry is so damn wrong. Your whole awards is a sham where big boys patting each other on the back. The passengers warned you. The staff warned you. Well done, you've ruined all the credibility and everything that feminism stands for. Pathetic.
