About to finish first bottle of HE. Appears to help with sleep. Seems to have started helping with hot flashes (has taken several weeks). I will see how the second bottle goes.

I have been using women’s health network products for about 20 years now, which means I absolutely love what the company is about, and how the products have helped me in my daily life, from peri-menopause to where I am now, in post menopause. However, have one complaint. Create an app or a function where I receive either a text or an email asking me if I want to skip my monthly delivery or receive it. Packages just show up in the mail Willy-Nilly; most of the time I could go another 2 to 4 weeks before I need that particular item, so it would be nice to have a way to get a heads up before the products are mailed to me. Other than that, I am 100% happy with women’s health network.

It is so easy to subscribe & have free shipping. I do not have to run out to get something I forgot. It all comes on time right to my door. Your products are easy to take. I am hopeful my next dexascan will show improvement. Thank you all !!
