Have requested answer to specific question on two occasions. Both times was told they would answer my question. Received no response

I appreciate knowing that women's health products are made by women.

Customer service has always been very personable, accommodating and efficient. When I have needed to pause my subscription for a month because I got behind, they are consistently happy to oblige.

So I've been taking these thyroid/ weight loss pills for 2 months now. I haven't lost any weight but right away taking them i felt calmer and more motivated to do things i love. I feel my hormones are more balanced. Im hoping that over time this will lead to weight loss.... Still hoping.

The help from the people who answer the phone has been wonderful. They listen and do whatever they can to quickly resolve any issue or give great information.

They are always friendly and very helpful

The product I used seemed good, no adverse reactions for me.
I couldn't really see much of a difference from using it, but others I know say it worked really well for them.

Women's Health Network has a subscription/auto ship option, but it is easy to skip or cancel at any time, so you are not locked in and it doesn't feel scammy.
On the whole, I've had a good experience with this company.

I have been taking this brand of Essential Vitamins for years and I can say they have turned my life around for the better! I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and was trying to find something that would help me feel better. I gave this company a call and they were so kind and helpful this was quite a few years ago and I've never stopped. They are always happy to answer any questions I have. They're products are good!

The customer service has been off the charts! I had issues with delivery in the beginning because of our irritating Canada Post strike and they refunded me the money and let the supplements come here anyway! It took a month but so what. AND, they did not charge me again. I went back to my account to restart the prescription. Then Anne, from customer service called me out of the blue a month later to make sure everything was OK and ask if I needed any help or had any questions. Plus, these supplements work and cause me zero issues. Love WHN. Haters gonna hate but these guys are great!!

There is someone always available to talk to you, listen attentively to your concerns, and offer expert advise. Whomever you speak to will direct you to the staff member or nurse who is most knowledgeable about your concerns/questions.

Apparently, I have a subscription and have WAY too many bottles and am NEVER notified of when it ships or an option of skipping a shipment. I feel scammed. Like the gym membership you can never cancel.

I have been taking many different supplements over the years and find them all to be effective.
