I did not realize that you had signed be up for automatic monthly delivery for my progesterone and I do not appreciate that.

The products I need are easy to find on the website.

well I have been trying to get in to my account to cancel my subscription and I can't seem to get any help! The product is great but I have a backlog of it and can't really afford it this month!

Purchased 2 products. One on monthly subscription. I have run out of that one. No replacement sent although I did get one last month.

I depend on the opinions of this group of professionals more than I depend on a regular doctor who is always ready to prescribe some drug with lots of side effects.

Sometimes very relevant info for me to read and learn, and sometimes nothing to do with or saying things that do not apply to me. But I guess you have to cover broad bases ... just makes me skip or skim almost everything you publish.

When my delivery date needed to be adjusted, it was change to a perfect delivery date.

The Herbal Equilibrium supplement was amazing and included all of the herbal ingredients my naturopath recommended. Customer service was responsive and the educational resources were very helpful. Highly recommend!

I have been taking supplements for a couple months now and I'm seeing changes in a number of areas. I've had issues absorbing nutrients, which has created issues like Beau lines and pits in my nails and since being on these supplements, I'm finally seeing my nails start to 'heal'. I also believe it is improving my gut health and has changed my appetite and metabolism.

A live person always answers the phone. They are always very nice and helpful.

Almost impossible to get any response from customer service. Had to save my billing info to order, then ended up being a nightmare to have it removed and opt out of automatic shipments.
