I called them regarding a charge for membership in their awards program I did not sign up for. They said they'd refund the charge. Next statement shows they didn't refund that charge, but CHARGED ME AGAIN and then refunded THAT one. Obviously expecting I would not notice.
Made an order that was suppose to include a free gift bag that was advertised in the magazine. We used the promo code. The chechout said promo code was applied. Order arrived without the free bag and they refused to send it. They also have the worst BBB rating possible! We now know that a lot of those magazines are owned by the same company under different names. We will also be making a bbb complaint.
Ordered less than 24 hours ago and rep said they cannot make changes to my order. Ordered the wrong size. Now I will be charged for shipping both ways as I will have to return it! So stupid! Its Tuesday and not shipping until Friday but can't make changes??? This is so deplorable. Worst customer service on the planet! Never shopping here again and leaving negative reviews to make other customers aware.
