The book is nice but overpriced. Customer service is non existent.

The story was not customized at all. The children's names were just on some pages in the background illustration with a generic story.

Beautiful illustrations, adorable child character, and many different scenes to enjoy. I only wish we could personalize more than the name and child's hair/skin. Would love to add a more personal touch to the words or illustrations with additional choice!

I did not choose the hardcover option but I thought the softcover would be like all those other children book out there; glossy or laminated. Instead it’s just a thicker cardboard paper than the pages instead (which are also like paper). Makes it not feel as premium considering the price paid for the book
