Do not purchase books from this company, all they care about is money. Worst customer service ever. The employee that works at customer service do not try to help resolve your problems, they find ways to argue with you.

Clever idea and sentimental. Love the ease of the interface of designing it on your portal. Not a fan of how the printed version skin tone of my husband and daughter did not reflect what I choose—especially on the cover. Would not purchase again because of that. Representation is a big deal, specifically in the Black and brown communities.

Waste of time. Did not arrive in time and poor customer service despite ordering weeks in advance. A total waste of money and no possible reuse value - this was for someone who couldn't get it days later (when Wonderbly felt like sending it to Amazon for delivery). Their logistics are a joke, obviously chaos internally.

Yes, they are a bit more expensive than a standard picture book you might find in your local bookshop. Each of our personalised books is made to order, printed special just for each customer. Together with our high quality papers and inks, it does make the prices a bit higher than something mass produced. Plus, with the additional magic and wonder we add in, we think it's worth it ;)
