Christmas-themed book didn’t arrive for christmas . Estimated delivery was December 13th. customer service constantly postponed a possible solution until the very last day December 24th proposing an express delivery ( that would have arrived anyway after xmas). Very bad experience. i don’t recommend it at all for birthday or christmas gifts. they send a pdf that you can print to tell your kids that the gift is late. a sad pdf text with with text and logo that made me think that they are use to give this bad experience to clients. i wish they had cash on delivery payment option , so they will not get money without delivering.

I came across this company on social media and was intrigued by the content. I ended up buying 2 children’s seek and find books. When they came in personalized, and the quality, I was blown away! Yes, they are a bit pricey.. wish that cost was a little lower. But the books were incredible!! So I bought another one right away for my other niece. Such an incredible keepsake gift!!!
