I order from Wonderbly at least once a year. Needless to say, I absolutely love their books. Make for great gifts! The quality, storyline, personalisation options, everything is great. This time there was an issue with the shipping of my order, and the team was on top of it from the start and communicating with me throughout. I haven't received the order yet, but the team's effort to get it to me are exceptional! You find out how good a company's service is only when things go wrong. I always say that Apple and Decathlon have the best customer service in the world, and now Wonderbly has been added to that list.
