Ordered a bra which wasn’t the right shape for the dress I had so I sent it back through tracked delivery.
Even though the tracking shows it has been delivered, they are saying they never received my return so are refusing to give my refund. Apparently, it was never delivered as ‘Parker House’ was added into the address and they have no idea where that is. This was their automated address under their name used by Royal Mail so is clearly how they scam people out of money! Royal Mail have assured me it’s been delivered, all tracking shows it’s been posted & delivered but apparently this isn’t good enough proof. Don’t waste your time & money. This business doesn’t deserve custom. I wish I’d have looked at the other reviews on here sooner as I would’ve avoided at all costs.

Scam website, products sent out and when return say they haven’t received even though you have proof of tracking.

Happened to multiple people, you have been warned.

Bought two bras from their Canadian website. Found that the material cuts into my armpit and didn’t provide the support it claims on the website. Emailed them to ask about return and refund. They replied the next day saying that I have to keep the one I tried on, and they would only exchange the second one for me for a cost, and lured me to purchase an extra one for $5 more dollars. When I replied to explain that I was only looking for a refund, they never replied anymore. I would not recommend this product and am very upset about how they handle customers’ dispute.

Please, do not buy from this company, it is a scam. I ordered a bra for my daughter, and in the website it said shipping will take 4-5 business days. However, it has been over 14 days and I still have not received my item. Please read all the reviews before buying one because it is a scam. You will be disappointed if you buy from this horrible horrible company.

Wonderbra.co.uk is operated by a company called 'BOOBYDOO'. They make returns difficult. You will have to organise return packing, labeling and payment of recorded delivery yourself all at your own expense. There is NO exchange policy. Wonderbra, i have enjoyed your products for over 15+ but your UK online representation has lost you your sex appeal and class. Loyal customer lost.

The underwiring broke through after the second wash. Wonderbra were not interested as I hadn’t bought directly through them (through a department store miles away that I couldn’t return to) - badly made product, bad customer service

I was not happy with the wondabra. It did't offer any support or stick as advertised. There are no refunds per the customer service email response. It was a waste of $75.00. I do not recommend this product.

I would not even rate the wondra bra with one star/bad because the fit is worse than than. Being larger breasted I hung out both sides and one silicone, medical grade, wondra bra didn’t stick well at all. It was painful to remove the adhesive part that actually stuck! The bra provides no support or shape!
A TOTAL was of money! Don’t buy this product, a Real scam!!!

Totally crap wasted my money didn’t fit me properly and once the sticky stuff they use inside gets onto your skin it bloody hurts to remove it i would personally buy a strapless bra left my skin sore very dis appointed

Thank you so much to Maxine at Wonderbra customer service for going out of her way to look for something for me, finding it and sending it through to me. She genuinely did not have to do so (or even suggest what she would do - most people would have shut my query down and say sorry, we wouldn't have it). She went above and beyond what was required of her for me. Eternally grateful and luck really was on my side as it was a long shot if what I needed was even there. Thank you again!

I ordered this weeks ago. Their contact page doesn't work either...

Can anyone help connect me to the best steps to take?

If I could give them a 0, I would. The bra provides absoltely no support, is flimsey, the inserts don't fit or stay put, and they will not provide refunds for dissatifaction. It is absolutely the worst bra I have ever tried on. This company is a scam.

My wife has brought couple of wonderbras online. Used them only few times and decided not to use them again because it is extremely uncomfortable to use. The gel like material that grab on the breasts is very unpleasant to touch even with your hands. And worst it gives my wife rashes on both of her breasts. God knows what chemical they have used to produce those gel cups. I think in the entire history of women bras this is the first product that gives women rashes!

If I could leave no stars I would. This is such a scam of a company if you try and order online. I ordered 2 bras, 1 of which I want to return, but when you try click on the link to your account to process the return, it's just goes to a page which says "whoops". I have emailed... I have called... to no avail. I am literally just being ignored.
DO NOT ORDER OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.

Did not receive good service. Ordered 2 bras which took 3 weeks to arrive. Had queried the delivery with customer service email - no response. All the shipping info online was in French. The bras didn't fit, so returned using their return form, a month later, no response from customer service again, no sign of my money. Luckily I had paid with PayPal, so I opened up a case with Wonderbra through the PayPal website. Managed to get my refund this way. I would not recommend buying from the Wonderbra website.

Easy returns complete joke, there is no return address, no returns label or no returns form. “Customer service” are non exist and no emails are answered, calls ring out. Useless avoid.

I went into the shop in Bridgend, MacAthur Glenn. Poor experience waiting for my wife to have a fitting. Nowhere to sit and ‘reprimanded’ for sitting on a Windows box. They are missing a trick!!
