Wonderlawn - Artificial Grass Installation Reviews 46

This is the second install I have had carried out by Barry and the team at Wonderlawn. They installed grass at my old house and in the 3 years it was down it still looked like it had just been installed.

So in my new house the first thing I did is call Barry to come out and give me an estimate. He came out bang on the time, brought products and talked me through the options on the new job.

He was honest, courteous and a real gentleman. I received a comprehensive estimate. With all garden renovations it’s weather dependant.The team at Wonderlawn are good but then are not god and can’t control the weather especially in December.

Despite the weather the team started the install quicker than I expected, the were really respectful of the property, and cleaned up after themselves everyday.

Amazing job again, we love our new lawn, high quality products, outstanding installation, great price and first class customer service. I’d highly recommend Barry and the team.

Very reliable and knowledgeable company. High quality work and affordable price. Went out of their way to ensure work was finished in a timely fashion, which included coming at weekends. Has resulted in my children doing a lot more football/ exercise in the garden.

These lads are top drawer. Although my house is set up 12 steps from the road side there was no complaints and they just cracked on shifting 3.5ton of soil. The finish is outstanding. There’s a join somewhere but I can’t see it. More than happy with their work and would highly recommend

they also lowered the man hole for me , which was a lovely surprise and fixed the loose decking.

I knew before hand what I was getting.
The whole team were all knowledgeable, and explained in depth which I asked about , quality, durability , practically for dogs, how to care for the artifical grass, cost,
Draining issues etc.

Total Price I found reasonable for the quality of the grass and workmanship.
My garden looks transformed.

They took care of everything for me whilst I was on holiday. No mess no fuss juat bill to pay on my return which was straightforward with a invoice and bank details.

Dogs love it and it bounces straight back after them running and rolling all over it 🙈🫶.

Mel and his team arrived as planned with out delay. Mel was very professional . The team got straight onto the job and the result was excellent. I have no hesitation to recommend Wonder Lawn for installing artificial turf of high quality and workmanship.

Although there was no need for a seem if running the artificial grass across the the lawn, they insisted the way the pile lays it should be run down the lawn! Obviously the pile will stay the same for more than a couple of weeks! Seems don't matter, they are invisible!

Really happy from start to finish! The guys worked none stop in 25degree heat & the end result is great - couldnt rate them or the lawn enough & would recommend to anyone!

We are very pleased with our new artificial grass pitch. Mel & the team did a good job and worked very hard across multiple weeks to finish the job on time. We think the new surface looks very realistic and our boys, both keen footballers are very happy with the new football pitch!

Due to the nature of the lawn, Mel advised us to go for the drainage system which was extra cost but seems to be working very well so far.

Mel delivered on what we were expecting, on budget and on time. We would highly recommend.

What a fantastic job by Barry and his team! They really went above and beyond to get everything right for us. And although our lawn wasn’t big, it wasn’t a straight forward job either. I would definitely recommend Womderlawn to everyone.

Had my rear garden done ,it is a 8 shaped garden so not straight forward but Barry and Mel explained everything in detail and the job was completed with out any problems and it looks fantastic would highly recommended

I could not thank the team enough. We’ve not got a lawn we can use all year round. We were never able to use the garden from August to April with drainage issues and surface water, it was a boggy mess.. the quality of the artificial grass used is the best I’ve ever seen. Their guarantees are superb too. I’ve had no issues with anything since the day they left the finished job. Well worth the money time and effort.

We had our back garden fitted with artificial lawn by this company. They did a first class job on the installation and I can’t praise the guys who fitted it enough. It was fitted in February 2023. I contacted Wonderlawn (Barry Wright) early April 2024 as my garden fence needed to be repaired before it failed completely. This work needed some of the artificial grass to be rolled back to allow posts to be set into the ground. I have contacted this company on and off for the last 8 month to arrange for this but always got the run around with no support what so ever given. I was keen not to disturb the grass as this would likely invalidate the 10 year warranty. It appears that the business model of Wonderlawn is to take on the initial work and abandon the customer once completed. As I say, I tried many times to get a visit but to no avail. In the end I paid more than I would have expected/liked for the fence to be repaired so as not to interfere with the grass installation so the warranty is unaffected however, given how this company has conducted itself, I doubt the warranty is worth much anyway. Personally I would never use this company again despite the quality being good, management aspects such as customer care is terrible.

Brilliant company. Very helpful with advice about the service they offer. They came to fit the artificial grass for the nursery in Pembrokeshire! Very professional fitters and left the place tidy. Would definitely recommend!
