Excellent service, professional and helpful throughout the process of the development loan.

Not at all wonderful. Terrible communication from Max at Wonderloan, had to chase him multiple times regarding my enquiry and he's stopped responding yet again, not even got as far as taking a finance proposal from me. Waste of time.

I can not express how amazing Max was during the whole process.
Max went above and beyond what could ever of been expected and I can say with great assurance that had it not been for Max and his exceptional relationship with the lender there would have been times the financing would probably of fallen through.
Always picked up the phone and was in regular contact to keep me updated.
All I can say is if you don't work with Max and Wonder Loan on securing the financing you need then you really are missing out on a top service.

Max embodied the definition of going above and beyond on this transaction. Too many great points to note. My other broker had access to the same lenders as Max and told me I couldn't get the financing I was looking for. So that goes to show you its not always about who they have access too. Max even helped calm the nerves of a anxious seller who threatened to pull the deal because of financing speed. He was brilliant. Couldn't have done it without him. Reccomend.

My first solo development and the first time using wonderloan, hopefully won't be the last. I found Max to be a very good communicator and very supportive when an issue arose with some very poor solicitors. All in all a great company to work with, good advice given, obviously bags of experience.

Max at wonder loan has been excellent, I have had dealings with a few brokers in the passed and found them to be nothing more than used car sales men.
Max has been honest and very straight forward to deal with from the very beginning and all the way through the process, he did exactly what he promised from the beginning, very prompt communication, and great to deal with, I highly recommend him and wonderloan

Max and Wonderloan have been flawless and honest throughout the whole process and ever replying to me after business hours (very rare for a broker to do that)

I had a bad experience with a previous broker and lender and max could tell I was sceptical. I didn’t fully believe he would get the development finance through in the timescales he said he would (nothing to do with max, I had just had previous bad experiences with someone else).

They managed to get me everything I wanted 2 weeks ahead of the time they said that would. £180k payout day one based on land value, £400,000 building facility to fund a 1.1 million development.

Easy to say max and wonderloan will be the only broker I use moving forward.

Its been a pleasure working with wonder loan especially Max. They have been professional throught out the loan process and kept me informed which was critical to us moving things forward due to time limits.
I would recommend wonderloan without any doubts and infact the next project coming along in a few months, we will be giving first refusal to Wonder loan.

Truly it is, as the name says, WonderLoan. Andrew specifically, got us approved and completed in 8 days what took another broker over 3 months - without success. He also got us the the funds to complete on the tied property purchase. Worth all the fees if you need the funds immediately. Prompt communication and action. Your deal becomes their deal. But then you should expect no less as Andrew used to own his own mortgage lending business! Highly recommended.
