It all looks good: the website, the reviews, the products but they're not !!! It has been 6 weeks and I haven't received my order. I don't even have any notifications about the shipment.
There is also only one way to contact them (Instagram), I send three messages but nothing, I send two emails nothing, not even a small response.
IT'S A JOKE !!! DON'T BUY !!!
The "discount" is all fake, IT'S A FRAUD.

It's a so unbelievable service, I hope they will die!! I wait now 6 weeks for the sword and I get no information about the shipping!!!!!!!!!

I took advantage of a "special offer" in order to get an awesome sword...

Its been well over a month and I have not received an email, notification, etc.

There is no way to contact apart from Instagram.

The website is as close to false advertisement as you can get. The swords are made out of foam, not metal. It takes anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks to receive an order. Borderline scam!

THIS IS A SCAM. I am disappointed, angry and embarrassed. The website reviews and photos make it appear as though you will receive genuine replica swords, but all you get is foam crap! How they can even say these are usually over $100 is beyond me. I have contacted their Instagram and sent them an email for a full refund of my order (including shipping costs!)

I have ordered 3 swords and expected the product based on the picture but they’re foam. What a joke. I contacted their support on Instagram @wondersia_contact and I’m being ignored. I will be reporting to the bank for fraud Monday afternoon!

They imply the sword are replica metal swords worth £100+ They are in fact painted foam. Nice cosplay prop but still not sure if its worth the 'discounted' price I paid.

I was very excited about getting my own version of Arya’s Needle, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I have experienced. It is completely non-existent. I placed my order on the 13th and my item has not even shipped yet. I have reached out to them via Instagram (the only means of contact they provide) twice to at least get updates about my order, but have not gotten any response. At this point I’m just assuming I will never get the product and if I do, it will not be the quality I expected. After reading the other reviews along with my experience, it’s fair to say Wondersia is scamming people out of their money.

Received my Long Claw sword today and I am extremely disappointed. It's a foam sword, not matching the pictures on you site at all. It's a child's Halloween prop. You should be ashamed to even sell this.

Should've read here before buying! No wonder these are perpetually on sale! It's because these are cheap foam play swords. It's not actually a sword replica; at best it's a poorly made knock off of a sword replica. Never, ever, ever would they get the actual advertised prices for these which is why they're always limited and on sale for $5 because that's literally all their worth. The images in the description are from actual reputable sites selling replica swords, and likely 90% of the reviews are fake as well...I guess I at least got a product but I'll never make this mistake again.

Can't believe I fell for it, but they replied me the same way as we everybody else. Saying the item is shipped and can't give you a refund. It just a way to make you grow tired and stop writing so they can keep your money.

A joke!! Don’t buy!! These are not even replica swords. My long claw “replica” has a brown head that looks nothing like a dire wolf!! And the worst part is they are foam and plastic!! No way these go originally for over $100!! Should have known when there wasn’t any description. Horrible.
And even worse they offer a $10 refund, but they won’t do that until I changed my one star review to at least a 3!!! Waited until I received the refund and changed it back. Horrible, horrible business. They lie about what they are selling and then bully you when you tell the truth. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

very cheap foam swords for less than 2 bucks. Dont buy

FYI the swords are made of foam. THESE ARE NOT METAL SWORDS. They’re listed at a huge discount as if they’re actual replica metal swords. No sane person would normally pay $100+ for a foam LARP/stage sword, let alone mount one as one review claims. The reviews on the site are deliberately misleading, showing actual metal swords - one mentions the excellent craftsmanship as if it didn’t come out of a mold and wasn’t hastily painted. No “wonder” they don’t list the materials used.

Also, one of the swords I purchased (Ice) is shown with intricate detailing on the blade (and also shown in a review with the detailing). There is no detailing - it’s a matte silver paint that’s not even well done, the tip even had a cut in the foam.

I was just at Spirit Halloween the other day and saw one of the swords listed from their site (Orcist, Thorin’s sword from The Hobbit series) for about the same price. Save yourself the month of shipping and swing by Spirit Halloween instead if you want a foam sword. The quality is the same. Would not buy again, definitely feel scammed. It’s like WISH for swords.

As an update: I received my second order (because I’m an idiot and ordered again when I saw LOTR swords before I received my first order). I had ordered 3 more swords- two came fine (I mean, still foam, but w/e), Andúril came with a broken hilt. No wonder Andúril came broken because the packaging is just the swords wrapped in some bubble wrap and cardboard and it legit comes wrapped in a black trash bag.

I did contact their costumer service on Instagram, who seem very nice and try to be accommodating, and they are fully refunding me for Andúril and giving me 50% back for the Ice swords (I was an idiot and ordered two). That’s the only reason I updated to 3 stars.

You get what you pay for, but at least I got some of my money back. A lot would be solved if they stated up front that the swords are made of foam.

Update 09/19/20: Received a sword, not the sword I was advertised. What I got in the mail looks like a cheap LARP foam replica. The pommel didn't even have a white wolf. Don't bother purchasing this or paying for shipping. Poor quality and definitely not worth anything.

Update: I received confirmation that the order shipped after sending the request of assistance on Instagram. I do not have a tracking number yet. I will update my review if I get the sword.

I got hooked into the sword giveaway on Instagram. Free sword, but pay $20 for VIP shipping, which I thought was strange but ok for a "free" sword. I placed an order on August 16 and I have not received any update since then.

I read the negative reviews and saw the company instructs the negative reviews to reach out to Wondersia on Instagram. I have done that, and I have not received any reply. I wanted to believe this was real/legit, but I now see that I was scammed.

Total scam. It's been over a week and they haven't even responded to my emails. Their Instagram "sales" don't have a comment section for a reason. I'm the sucker for falling for it though. If it sounds too good to be true it's probably BS. Look at the grammer for the 5 star reviews on this page too. They all sound like the same 10 year old.

Wondersia reached out to me today about my order. I was very happy to hear from them. Unfortunately I did not have my order information to assist them in helping me.

Its a scam ordered one days ago they said it has been shipped but no tracking number and i just realized the reviews on that website are FAKED used photos and ofcourse fake names.
