I like the tint but it doesn't last…
I like the tint but it doesn't last more than an hour. Because it blue when you apply it and you are required to wipe it off with a damp cloth, it is not easily or convenient to reapply in public. If it truly lasted all day as advertised, I would rate it 5 stars. I will use what I have but wont repurchase.

No staying power
The colours on the eye liners are great, but they have no lasting power. They start to fade and fragment within minutes of applying them.

One email says order has shipped
One email says order has shipped. Next day another email says out of stock in one item. So the buy two get one free is just a buy two, the free one is out of stock, unknown when it will be available or shipped.
Should have read reviews prior to buying. Shame on me.

Not what I expected.
I do not like the product. It goes on good, but the end result is a little blueish grey tint. I wiped it off a lot, the remainder was very light, I tried it 3 times. I ordered the blonde. Not sure what the tint/blue grey is all about. I wish to return if possible.

Product left noticeable film
The product was larger than the one I previously bought ( from a different company).
Although the results were the same. I applied a minimum amount as per the instructions - barely noticed the stated effect, but the product left a grayish film on my face.
I wear very little makeup - therefore this film would be noticeable.

Really like this shadow! Bought the color ash that I saw in the advertisement and loved it! Flattering and easy to blend!

False Claims
Although delivery was fine the products themselves fall far short of the company claims. I purchased several eyeliners and a mascara. The eyeliner comes off within the first couple of hours, it is in no way waterproof or “stay all day”, smudge proof. The mascara is mediocre at best. Again, does not stay any better that a $5 drugstore mascara and is actually rather clumpy. 100% would NOT recommend.

Great eyeliner but...
I love the eyeliner. It stays on all day, doesn't smear, and has vibrant color. I don't like that it doesn't sharpen well. I've wasted more of the pencil than necessary trying to sharpen it.
