Very flimsy notice board . Neatly but very basically constructed. Relatively quick delivery and well packed.Certainly not worth the money. Basic structure of thin fibre board without any support. Easily broken if not handled extremely carefully. Covering only held on by a few staples. No means of fixing to wall except by screws provided.
Will not buy again. Very disappointing and very expensive for what it is. Could have made it for a quarter of the price. AVOID.

My old free-standing projection screen collapsed on Friday night, with an audience in the room. I muddled through, but I could see no way of repairing it.
On Saturday I searched for a replacement, and found Wonderwall. I ordered a new large tripod screen. Delivery time was quoted as 7 working days.
It arrived on Tuesday (i.e. on the 2nd working day).
The screen came in at a very reasonable price, the quality seems fine, and you certainly can't fault the speed of service.

We recently placed an order with Wonderwall for the very first time. Rush order of 5 x tabletop displayboards, delivery required at very short notice to Lincolnshire. Order placed Friday, delivery arranged for Monday. Received tracking reference for the courier delivery and kept informed via email at each stage by Amanda, who went above and beyond with customer service, Many thanks!

I was very happy with This Glass Whiteboard which I purchased two and half years ago up until Today.

I installed it in My Garden office which has reasonable insulation and Aircon and is a professional set up.

When started work this morning I discovered that the entire whiteboard had shattered without any other object coming into contact with it. The glass from one of the corners had landed on the floor and there were glass pieces and splinters spread around the office.

I contacted Wonderwall and they were not interested in the complaint. They stated that the whiteboard had "crumbled" due to it being affected by "temperature change". No specifics provided.

There are no guidelines provided by the manufacturer Wonderwall regarding the product temperature tolerances on their website or provided with the product at time of purchase.

Glass does not randomly shatter. I believe thre was a manufacturing fault with the glass.

I would be very cautious if you are considering buying this whiteboard for obvious reasons. If your happy buying a white board that could randomly self-destruct, then look no further.

I ordered a standard stock item (a wall mounted book folding whiteboard) on 6th Dec 2023. I put it up on the wall on 9th Dec 2023.
Product as described.
My idiot son and fiance tried pulling off the protective plastic instead of scoring round the edge first, so the messy plastic cover edges are their fault.
Easy to put up.

Only downside is you don't get tracking info when the item is shipped.

I ordered a large lockable notice board and the product - which was great - took ages to arrive.

I placed a 2nd order on 8th November for 2 further noticeboards and something went wrong. I didn't receive a follow-up email so I called on 17th November at midday to check the status I was told DX would deliver on 17th. I contacted DX on 18th November and the AI assistant asked me to book a delivery date and wouldn't allow me to book them both for the same day. They were scheduled for delivery on 21st & 22nd November but actually turned up on 20th November.

In this day of Amazon & ASOS delivering within 24 hours I'm afraid 12 days is just not good enough. Wonderwall you need to do better!
