Great service, delivered when said

Quick delivery and well packaged. AC4 product I had bought before. I purchased only one pack which made shipping very expensive. Arrived quickly and it was completely undamaged because of the excellent packaging. Would give 5 star but for the freight cost!

Made a few requests for samples, as with a blank canvas of a house to kit out, multiple looks were each in contention for various areas.
One sample wasn’t included, which wasn't an issue ultimately, as it was the least preferred option once the received samples had been viewed. Still, it would've been nice had a note been included or email sent to say that that particular one was currently unavailable.

Order was delivered on the date selected. I was also called by the delivery driver to let me know. No complaints about anything, the flooring I ordered was also perfect.

Very good customer service. The laminate flooring we ordered needed to be increased later by us before delivery and Rebecca Drake was extremely helpful. She took a number of our calls before we decided what we actually needed. She is a credit to your business.

The delivery men left the planks under the rain outside my house without calling me. I had called Wood2U before and asked delivery men to call me before they arrived but they did not.

I called staff of Wood2U, he said the delivery men said I have signed it which is not. He promised to call me back but he did Not.

One box of planks had damages, I have emailed and attached photos. I again called the staff and asked him to follow up my email. No one replied my email and followed up until now.

Customer service is a mess.

I wanted a specific flooring and researched online, I found Wood2u was the best price, which is why I ordered. Very easy to order, selection of delivery dates available and flooring arrived on the day as planned. Cannot fault the service received and very happy with the flooring received. Would definitely recommend and purchase from this company again.

Very helpful with new order explained parts required and advised what to do

The price was good but the tin of wax oil arrived badly dented. There was no packaging in the box to protect it and it had clearly been dropped in transit.
I contacted the company to make them aware and said that I was worried about the shelf life being affected. They simply said sorry for the inconvenience, the shelf life won't be affected and we'll let the warehouse know to package better in future.
The lid doesn't fit perfectly so the product could have less shelf life due to this so I'm not really satisfied with the response I received.

Product is good as was the delivery. But effectively doubling the postage as it was delivery to central Scotland seems a bit much. However couldn’t get the item elsewhere

Flooring was competitively priced and all the accessories I wanted were stocked too. I was able to pick the day for delivery and the flooring arrived on time. The reason for 4 rather than 5*s is because I had a little trouble with the website when ordering. Various pay options were available but it wouldn’t process the order with two of the ones I chose, I tried my laptop when it didn’t work on my phone thinking maybe that was the issue but no, the same problem arose. I’d rather use ApplePay or PayPal than put my card details into another website but neither options worked for me. The other issue I had was no confirmation of the delivery date I chose, the confirmation email said the date I selected was ‘estimated’ and no follow up email confirming goods were on the way and would be delivered that day. It was lucky I was home as I nipped out and the flooring arrived just as I got back home! Otherwise I’m very happy with all other aspects of the service and delivery and will happily order again in the future.

They had a great price on the product I was looking for, and the ordering process was nice and straightforward. Wood2U assured me that I would receive an email confirming shipment, and then a phone call on the day of delivery confirming the estimated delivery time, which I needed because it was a very large order that would require help to process on site. I was hopeful for a great experience start to finish. Sadly I didn't receive either an email or phone call. I received a surprise call when the driver was five minutes away, which didn't leave enough time to organise the help for unloading. Thankfully the driver was kind enough to return an hour later, which is what has redeemed this review from 1 star to 3 stars.
