I love my tables. Had a amall problem, but Chloe helped ans solved the problem. Thanks Chloe for all your help.

I ordered a very nice shoe rack for my back hallway. When it arrived, I was disappointed in the quality and the description stated it would come fully assembled. It was not. I contacted the company, and received a response in two days. Representative Chloe apologized and asked me to send photos of what I received and she would get back to me. Three days later, I got an e-mail from her that she would issue a full refund and would send a video on how to assemble the she rack. I was pleasantly surprised. Hurray for customer satisfaction!

Shipping took months. Chinese company trying to look like American company. Items received were nothing like items ordered. Beware

Ordered a small entryway stool on July 10th. Still waiting on July 24th for confirmation it has shipped. They sent me a tracking number after I contacted them about the delay, the tracking number was invalid. It appears from reviews the site is genuine but beware you are dealing with a Chinese company whose office is in China. I’m not sure you will have much recourse if you are not happy with the service or product. I would not order from them again. The product I want is available from many domestic US companies. I did not realise this was a Chinese based supplier when I ordered. It is not made clear.

If you are thinking of ordering from this company, I advise you strongly DO NOT DO IT! My order took a month to receive, and it arrived broken. I had to go back-and-forth with them for over a month and they would not honor their return policy. I had to file a complaint with PayPal and that took another month and a half for them to make a decision to refund my money. This is a horrible company. The product is extremely cheap. Yes it's made out of real wood, but the wood is so thin that 90% of the time it doesn't even survive shipping. I've been dealing with this company four months and I just got a refund. Although their policy says that if the product arrives damage, they will pay for return shipping. They would not honor that. So I advise do not spend your money with this company. I promise you will be more than disappointed and highly upset.

4 stars because of the customer service and following thru on ordering issues. Ordered 2 products. First product ordered arrived as expected, but took about a month to receive. No instructions, but easy to assemble and looks exactly what I ordered online.

2nd product arrived was damaged. Packaged could have been protected better, shipping box had been through the ringer. I reached out to seek assistance and their customer service responded almost immediately via email. After providing photos of damaged product, I was taken care of promptly and fully refunded for the damaged table.

Overpriced and absolutely terrible quality. After taking almost 6 weeks for delivery. The shelves are made of cheap pine. I had to put polyurethane on them when they arrived. The hardware is cheap Chinese crap. It leaves you no flexibility in positioning unless you want to use the even worse plastic wall anchors. 250 for shelves you’d have a better finish product buying a 2x12 and $15 amazon hardware.

Order took way too long to be shipped. Product does not resemble displays even remotely. Even after specifying to ensure it’d be produced with a particular coloration the pieces I received were no where near expected and were very light and orange.

Tons of damaged areas, a big split that was poorly repaired, black smudge marks under the sealant, major swirling marks along the edges from a sander, and the legs that come with are very cheap and flimsy.

The only kind of good thing I found was that the table itself is thick and feels pretty sturdy. So for someone that is looking specifically for that orange look and doesn’t mind all the imperfections, I guess it would be acceptable.

I bought a shoe rack from this company that is absolute JUNK. Glue everywhere, cheap materials, fragile wood. I built it and no matter how I torque the screws it wobbles. I put this trash in my garage. Would not have it in my home. Contacted them, they offered no help. Do not do business with this company. A total Scam!

Shipping and delivery information are non existent. Only notice says "it has shipped." No updates. No response to questions. Horrible, would not order from them again.

I purchased floating shelves from this seller and the items received were significantly not as described. The product was advertised as live-edge wood slabs, but what arrived appears to be a manufactured piece designed to imitate that appearance rather than natural live-edge wood.

The quality is also well below what was shown in the listing. The shelves do not mount flush to the wall, the pre-drilled hardware holes are oversized causing instability and sagging, and the included mounting hardware was not suitable for standard U.S. drywall, requiring me to purchase replacements.

After receiving the item, I looked into other customer experiences and found multiple similar complaints describing misleading product photos, poor build quality, and difficulties with returns, including expensive international return shipping.

Based on my experience and the pattern of similar reports, I would advise caution when considering this seller.

Live edge table is nothing but a cheap slab of poorly and unevenly stained wood. It is not live edge and looks nothing like the images on the website. Table arrived with no legs or instructions. This company is a scam. Website was pretty clever at hiding this furniture was coming from China.
Update - table legs came in a separate shipment and was not included in tracking info. One item got lost in shipment and customer service was very helpful in refunding my money. Items very very easy to assemble.

The tables are very nice. They were fairly easy putting together. We bought 3 so they got easier as we put them together. We had some shipping challenges but felt that customer service gave us updates as they heard from the shipping company. It was worth the wait though. We are very happy with the tables

Shipping took well over a month. Shelves are very cheap looking and poorly manufactured. Hardware doesn't match up and all 4 shelves of same kind are different with measurements way off. Not worth the money or time.

I bought the “ Scandinavian-Inspired Solid Wood Bookshelf, Storage Shelving Unit” from them a couple months ago. It arrived after a few weeks and it looked nothing like their website product photos. I looked at them more closely and they are all AI generated.

The actual piece is so crooked and badly pot together that I wouldn’t even put it in my garage as storage.

I emailed their customer support and they’re non responsive.

This is a scam seller. Don’t trust them.

This company is a scam. It appears to be a US company, but it is in China. They send a cheap, crappy version of the products pictured. The items are not as described. They will not allow you to return them either. Their return policy is fake.

I ordered two 56" live-edge floating shelves from Woodartdeal and hired a professional installer to mount them.

The installation could not be completed because the hidden bracket channels were not aligned consistently between the two shelves. After taking detailed measurements and photos, it became clear that the bracket placements were completely off center. Also, the placement of the mounting channels varied significantly, and one shelf appeared to have been routed in the opposite orientation of the other.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that slight variations can occur because the shelves are handcrafted. I understand and expect natural variations in live-edge wood. However, this was not a cosmetic issue with the wood itself—it was a functional issue with the mounting system that prevented installation.

I provided measurements, photos, and additional information requested by the company. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter directly, I was unable to obtain a satisfactory solution. They repeatedly ignored my request to enact their 30-day "hassle-free" guarantee. It was a big hassle that has taken months. I ultimately disputed the charge through my bank, and they ruled in my favor and reimbursed me.

If you are considering purchasing floating shelves from this company, I would recommend carefully inspecting the bracket layout and mounting channels before scheduling installation.

I bought a large bar table from Woodartdeal - they were willing to customize the size and the wood stain for me.  It came out great!  

Like most people ordering a large, heavy, expensive item from another country, I initially had my concerns. I sent Woodartdeal an email - asked a few questions, and they wrote me back within 24 hours.  Since they were providing a custom project, we had several rounds of communication.  Their responses were always prompt, friendly, and they never made me feel like I was annoying them.  

Ultimately they sent me a custom order link to purchase the item.  They told me it would be 2 weeks production time and 4 weeks shipping (6 weeks total) - it arrived in only 5 weeks.  There was no strange hand-off from the boat to the local carrier, no extra fees or coordination - the item was simply delivered without hassle.   The table was shipped in 2 well-packaged boxes, no damage, reasonable assembly.  

Very glad we purchased from Woodartdeal !  

Ordered live-edge shelves. Was told they’d be shipping from the US warehouse, then received shipping confirmation from Shenzen. Tried to cancel and was told that the item had already left the warehouse and there was no way to intercept, and that I would need to pay for a return. The shelves arrived damaged and were absolutely not live edge or real wood. Customer service was no help, sent several emails that I am very confident were AI generated, and refused to issue a pre-paid shipping label. I was able to dispute with my credit card, and received an email from someone claiming to be a customer service agent begging me to send them money through a new link, and stating that they’d likely lose their job if I didn’t. Nothing but hassle, lies and scamming.

Firstly, their product is cheap and the wood fabricated and unnatural looking. Second, they sent the wrong hardware and refused to correct it. Third, if you want to return/refund-they try to get you to ship it back to China. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! It's a huge scam.
