I got the "Drill Locator" and it is pretty faulty, it's not so much that it's just not gonna work for me, it is not nearly sturdy enough or able to work with consistently, the full reason for the 1 start is, I then went to figure out how to return it and found that I would have to pay for the shipping back over seas, So with that shipping price and hassle it's not even worth it.
Such a great buying experience. Professional and caring. Nothing too much for them. Would definitely recommend for commission work or to buy anything from their online shop.

The Christmas tree decoration is truly beautiful. It's larger than expected but the craft is lovely. My only regret is it took so long to arrive. I ordered it over 3 weeks before needed, there was plenty of stock, so now its going in a box until next year as it was for a community Christmas tree and the venue closed 5 days ago.

During this time of lockdown wanted to keep tradition of giving my grandchildren a wooden Christmas tree decoration every year. Proved more difficult than you would imagine. Found the owls on WoodArt site. A little larger than I would usually buy. However I chose owl design.There were 4colours to choose from. A different colour for each of thrm. Video call showed they loved 2020's decoration.
Maria and Jorge were very helpful,particularly when it came delivery costs as I had 4 items going to same address. Maybe how delivery costs are charged/applied needs to be given consideration. Order despatched promptly. Great service.
