The two puzzles I ordered were a lot of fun to put together. They were challenging but not difficult. The only reason for a four star and not a five is there was a piece missing. But that did not detract from the fun as it was an edge.

All these reviews from a few days ago are quite concerning seens as I have the exact complaint. Thought this was a UK company, paid for fast shipping and tracking says it only hit main sorting office in China two weeks after ordering it. I notice they are also not responding to customers even on this which is very suspicious.

All were gifts and the recipients loved them, reporting that the pieces were well made and colors vibrant.
I was fearful the presents wouldn't be delivered to the addresses before Christmas but they all made it.

Paid extra for delivery on 6th December to ensure Christmas delivery. Has just entered the country, didn't even begin transit til 12 days after the order was placed.

Found the exact same items on Amazon, which would've had 1 day shopping for free (via Prime)...what a waste of time.

Contrary to my initial expectations, the products are just generic and sold all over the place. Don't bother.

almost 3 yr old got ahold of one of the pieces first time assembling and broke it easily thought wood pieces would be more durable

I ordered two puzzles on Dec 4, and they didn't even begin the transit process until Dec 14. It's Dec 29 and they have been in NJ since Dec 21, according to the tracking. I will be demanding a refund if they don't arrive by Jan 4, a full month after they were ordered, but based on other reviews here, I doubt I will get one. Total scam. Don't buy direct from this company. Apparently they also sell on Amazon, which at least provides some customer support.

This order has not arrived. The order has been "In Transit" since early December. It did not arrivew in time for CHristmas even though it was ordered on December 1. Customer Service has not been helpful. I want my money back and it is appearing as though they don't want to refund my money. This is a problem that is still ongoing, so I can't say how it will end. I don't recommend ordering from this company as their customer service is very bad/non-existent.

Orders not delivered and cannot get an answer. They cut and paste the same tracking information. Will not issue a refund. Shipping from China so I believe this is a scam.

Great product, fast shipping. Delivery was alittle slow but out of company's control. It did arrive a day before Christmas so all was good.

Received item damaged and box crushed. Contacted customer service for a refund. They refused but only offer to send a free clock. I asked for a refund and they keep offering a free clock.
Their web site home page clearly states "Hassle Free Returns" and their return policy states they will provide a full refund and provide a shipping label or reimburse for shipping costs for damaged products. Their customer service email stated they don't pay for shipping on returns and that is was a mistake even though that's the policy clearly stated on their return policy page. After 10 emails they still refuse to provide a refund and will not provide a return shipping address. There is no return shipping address provided on the website because they are in Changsha City, China. I also learned the EXACT same puzzle I paid $70 for was selling through Walmart for $26. Complete ripoff. Lesson Learned.

I DID NOT RECIEVE THE ORDER I PLACED ON DECEMBER FIRST. THE ITEMS WERE FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN I HAD TO BUY THEM SOMETHING ELSE. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND

It's a charming puzzle. The display stand and cover also turn it into a keepsake. My wife quite enjoyed her gift.

They sent a puzzle where half way down the entire picture is purple. I asked them to re-print it, and sent a photo of what they sent me. The Chinese company said it was too expensive to replace, so no refund, no puzzle that I ordered. Complete fraud in my opinion. No quality check = no customer service. Buyer beware for sure.

My wife loved this puzzle so much. The quality of the wood, art and cuts that separated the jigsaw was all impeccable. Now we are looking all over the website to see the other offeoand we are excited to order more.
There was a shipping issue regarding my package not reaching me, the support team saw us through. They were great!
