Excellent service spoilt at the end.
I can’t fault the service of arranging the Notary visit and execution of the documentation. Yuriel in particular was very helpful and the Notary visited my home which was very convenient.
Sadly, having provided such a wonderful service I was asked for £160 to send the completed documents to Spain by DHL; it cost me only £24 to send them by the same courier. My lasting memory of Woodcock is of the attempted rip-off at the end and not of the excellent service that went before.
I couldn’t recommend Woodcock for this reason unless the user was prepared to arrange their own courier as I was.

However, we are very sorry to know that your experience has been tainted by the courier fee quotation.
After reviewing your emails we can see you asked us to post your documents to Spain after they had returned to the Manchester office and we quoted you accordingly for that additional service. The choice of using a courier is never compulsory for a client and using a DHL service is entirely at the client's discretion. At no point in the customer journey are we attempting to 'rip off' anyone, but using us to post your documents via DHL does save you time and hassle.
After you stated you were not happy to pay our quoted amount we returned the documents to the UK address of your choice via Royal Mail 1st class special delivery at no extra charge.
