Incredible service using the whatsapp number! I received my surfskate in under 24 hours. After enquiring if pickup from the warehouse was possible, since I would only be in Barcelona for 1 day, they were able to process my order once the working day had ended and received my board at lunchtime the following day. All my questions were answered and service was above and beyond. Thank you so much Woodetail!

The board look great, the finish is superb.
It is my first surfskate, it is still a bit difficult to pump but I love to jump on it and start to ride.
The shipping and delivery were very fast !

Service of the company in general is awesome. The board is really nice to ride. The trucksystem allows snappy turns and slides and also wide carving turns with more speed. Unfortunately the trucksystem isn‘t adjustable, however it still preforms very well.

45days, still waiting for my purchase.
I ordered a surfskate end of April and haven't received it yet. I asked them about it and said they would send it last week, but again, no news of shipping.
The shipping period was supposed to be end of May.

Simply the best
Awesome company - great service & communication - and most important: great products! Blessed be the day that I stumbled upon their website! Why is this brand still so under the radar? Since I ordered my first wooddetail board (Barcelona 33'') my other surfskate (Swelltech J.O.B. Pipeline) is getting dusty in the corner. The Barcelona is light (probably one of the lightest on the market), pumping is great, you can ride fakie (which seems impossible with my Swelltech) and pop ollies & do conventional skate tricks as well - plus it's some piece of eye candy! I was super stoked to learn about the new spring loaded truck system and will definitely order one of those as well. I am convinced that both systems will compliment each other perfectly! Thanks also to Eric for answering all of my many questions! :)
