No way to get hold of this company except through their website; they appear to be in Germany or Belgium. I had purchased maybe six of their products when I lived in other states but my latest order never arrived. This was from Oct 2025. No order acknowledgement, no invoice, no shipping details - to a previous address perhaps? - but I gave up trying to contact them. No U.S. phone that I could find. Wish I'd found this site first, before ordering. I have to conclude after this period of time that I've had $97.65 worth of education. Previous service was good. This is not. Looks like another scam.

Certain parts do not fit and the wood is too fragile to adjust.

I ordered a product from Wooden-town the beginning of November for my nephew for Christmas. I have not received the product to date.

I ordered something for my dad for Christmas from this site. I received a message that due to shipping issues it was being returned to Wooden-town so I never received it. I have contacted them about a refund but no one is responding.

Buyer beware. I ordered a zodiac clock as a Christmas gift for my son and it looked like it was opened but I did not think much of it. When he opened it did not have the glue or wax. I emailed the contract email address which started with 'anna' on 12/29/24 as directed on the website. As of today, 1/12/25 no response, no glue, no wax, no return. If you have issues there will be no response and no help.

It is a very well made puzzle the laser separating is precise and detailed. A very challenging puzzle because of the small parts. It takes patience and care to fit the parts together.

Worst customer service ever. Save your money. Buy elsewhere.

My husband ordered a model I had already done for my birthday on Nov 22. We informed them Nov 23, before the order was even shipped, that we did not want it. We have since tried MULTIPLE TIMES to get return instructions, or even a legit phone number. Nothing! They have no problem sending us multiple emails for promotions though. Will NEVER use them again.

Bought my second Wooden Town product as a gift for a friend because I had so much enjoyment building one of their clock kits. The product is excellent. Sturdy and well planned and explained.
Will be coming back for more. The variety of kits is growing fast and is intriguing.

Got these as gifts. Looks like quality products.

Got these within days. I am so happy with the quality of this product. My family and friends are going to love these for Christmas. Ordered 5 so far and I'm not done!

The model offering are very interesting. They are easy to assemble. All the parts and needed things like sand paper are provided. The assembled models are eye catching. The only complain; these are a little on the expensive side.

One of the products I ordered was missing a piece and after multiple sent messages to the company over the past month I have not received any response. The only email I received was requesting I leave them a 5 star rating. So ridiculous! I spent $80 on a product and can’t put it together and can’t get customer service to help me. Don’t recommend this company.

I have enjoyed everything that I have brought from the Co. I will probably buy some more..
