I placed an order for my daughter in December of 2022. The order was delivered in April when my daughter was out of town. They had already shipped it back after a week. No notice! I have tried to get in touch with this company for over a year. They won't even respond to emails or phone calls. I have tried so many times. No refund and no product! Do not order from this company. This is a scam and they don't care if you receive your product or not. Order at your own risk! This is the first time I have wrote a negative comment about a company.

Where is my order??? I am waiting since January 2023 and no more information… no more contacts . My order The order is #109637. Store no comeback answers ….we are in October … no tracking number … :(( no good experience unfortunately.

I placed the order on June 12, and the package arrived on July 23 in my country. The delays in delivering it to me were a problem here in my country, on your part everything was very fast and I was always informed of the location of the package. The map is beautiful, everything I always dreamed of!! It looks beautiful in my living room!

I live in Australia and I put my order as a Christmas present back in November 2022 for my grandson who lives in Singapore. I understood that during this time deliveries were taking so long as the world is still trying get back to some normality since COVID hit and gone. I have being in a contact with the company with emails most of the time. They have tracked my order and had very hard to delivery it as their contracts were letting them down. Well, with patience, my grandson as finally got his Christmas present May 2023. He loves it. They put on the wall straight. It looks fantastic.

I ordered the XL map in November 2022 and received it in January 2023. The box was damaged and some pieces were missing as well as the instructions on how to hang it. I reported this with photos to Woodenmapstore. New pieces and the instructions finally made it to me on April 11. It took a long time, however, the product is so beautiful I consider my order to be a success. Can't wait to hang it on my new office wall!

Complete scam! Placed my order in November for Christmas and still no delivery. 4 months!! Now they're saying "We sent your order with KazPost, but we still can’t track it. Actually this is our first experience with KazPost and we are disappointed with their service. We are ready to resend your order with another company. You will receive a new tracking number within a few days. I'm sorry you have to wait more than you expected." I asked for a full refund and this is what they say "I’m sorry, but according to our policy (we have this information on our website) if an order has been shipped and a customer wants to cancel the oder, there will be a shipping fee deducted from a full refund". Complete scam. They don't even have a number on their website, just email and online chat. They will deduct $69 for shipping!!! Frauds.

I ordered in November and had to follow up for a tracking number which they gave me the tracking number wasn’t updated well which isn’t the companies fault. And Understandable that there were delays because of the region it’s coming from. The package came in March and the product looks amazing. Be kind to suppliers no matter how frustrated you are. Use PayPal for any purchases, you can contact paypal with any problems

Warning! Just don’t order from this store if you want your peace of mind and money. Ordered wooden map since November it’s March now, worth over $300.00 no product. The tracking number page is absolutely useless trust me completely useless. I’m really upset because this product was meant for Christmas. Make sure to read their return police, it’s sickening and a big mess. Bad Facebook deal !

As promised updating my review as I finally got my map from almost 5 month after lot of coaxing and involving PayPal for refund. I will still say though that be cautious dealing with this company as there is no guarantee when you will get your order, they may promised you but for me they failed on multiple delivery promises. I understand there could be problems sometime beyond their control, but as a customer I would like to be kept informed without having the chase them. which was not the case here. However, whenever you reached them you for some kind of response, even though it was not helpful or delayed.
Whenever I reached out to them they will say map be coming in a week or two, add something extra to order free of cost and next time I reach you gave me discount but still no sign of order.
As per the Map received it was decent I won’t say that great. There was minor damage with part of Canadian map even though it was very well packed but not visible when I stuck it on the wall. Not going to back them to get it changed considering it took them so long to send this. Like everyone else review the double sided tapes were little hard to remove but using a sharp object I was able the pry the sticker. Don’t apply to much force for me looks like some woods snapped but not visible. However it came out every nice.

Ordered on 4/12/22 from Australia. Arrived at my address 3/1/23.
The product itself is excellent quality and is one of the few occasions when I can say that the reality surpassed my expectations. The online pictures don't do the product justice - it is so substantial and looks fantastic up close.
I enjoyed putting up the map - the stencil and an initial measure is essential to get the first two pieces in the correct place, and then the rest is like a really easy jigsaw and beautifully fits together. Some visual estimation is needed for the islands - but it's not hard at all.
Only negative is that the small pieces of paper covering the sticky substance on the back of the pieces can be very hard to remove. I ended up spending $5 on a small roll of double-sided tape because it was easier to pull the whole substance off and apply my own tape than remove the paper covers. Construction took around an hour (not including the trip to buy the tape 🙂)
But that minor inconvenience is NOTHING compared to the glory of the final result. Highly recommended.

Ordered a map from them in Nov 2022 and I still haven’t received the product. They gave me a tracking ID that does not have any activities. Terrible.

I ordered one on 20th November and still no sign of it. I got 10% refund when it was clear it wasn't arriving for Xmas and in January I asked for my money back as still no sign of delivery; despite following up daily now, no sign of a refund and no response.

So I ordered one of these maps just before Christmas and actually didn't receive my order even after a month of waiting. There are a number of these companies that pop up around the holidays so at this point I'd started to worry that I'd chosen a scam company. I contacted them with my order number and told them my concerns and was given a full refund right there on the spot. It turns out that the company was shipping through Russia/Ukraine and was delayed at customs due to everything going on at the moment.

Quality material, hard-to-open double-sided adhesives used to keep its effect for a long time :) very fun to assemble. Thank you. Next time i will buy bigger...

UPDATE: Company DOES NOT DELIVER ~ BEWARE.
- These maps, if real, source from Russia & Kazakhstan. This is not clear when ordering.
- I have been told, we are "very busy", "let down by courier" and "unexpected customs problems in Kazakhstan". If the map was really held up by customs Kazakh customs, shipping details could have been sent to me. At no point did I ever receive any shipping details.
- I gave up and stopped futile communications.
- I arranged with my credit card company for a chargeback when it was clear that the email promises were meaningless and the map would not be sent.
-The email contact "Jenny Smith" does not sound like a native English speaker.
- Lots of Facebook customer complaints regarding customs duties and customers not receiving maps thru 2022. Read before you pay.
- ALL HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS.

I ordered a map on 25th November 2022. Still no sign of delivery by 31st December, despite a reply it was due to be shipped a week ago.

I have been recently advised shipments are from Kazakhstan, and previously Russia.

I am contacting my credit card company in the event of a default on delivery.

Love the map, the quality is exceptional, instructions were easy to follow, only wish now we would of went with the X-Large, size looks so beautiful on the wall.

My husband and I purchased the 3D World Map and flag push pins from wooden map store for our new apartment. I’m in awe of the map!
