I called these guys up querying a product that i needed for a job on the day.... due to realising i had a faulty producted bought from elsewhere. i asked a simple but odd question about the product in question. It was then replied with "NOT REALLY IM ON THE PHONE" in a weird tone. The job is to get sales no? i then asked if he had it stock he told me he had "LOADS" again in a weird manner i then queried the price that was shown on the website and said i have found it cheaper elsewhere. The reply again in a unfriendly tone again!! was "THATS WHAT WE ARE SELLING IT FOR". I was a guaranteed customer for the day if he answered my question. But its safe to say he was completely useless and impolite... im a trade customer and this would of meant more business for them in the future but they failed to simply respond in a friendly manner or be of any use..... i didnt even manage to give them money but im glad i didnt reading reviews of them after the fact. Just dont bother with them they are a waste of space.

You have to be kidding with these prices...

Was looking at the "Picket Fence Panel – Elite Cross Top" - 20% more expensive than anywhere else I've seen, plus they charge for delivery. And I know they source them from another EU country where they charge less than 1/3 of the price. I guess someone must be gullible enough to buy from them, otherwise they'd be out of business...

Very disappointed with the colour and finish of feather board fencing recently delivered. Company claims patchy dark green panels with pale wood battens is acceptable. Closer to camouflage than light green. Wooden supplies has not offered an alternative as yet and wishes to charge me to take substandard items away.

Failed to fulfil delivery of £600 worth of fencing, citing a paperwork error. Didn't bother to phone and let me know. Quite unfazed when the order was cancelled - apparently doing so well that they are not bothered about losing custom like this.
Very poor.
