Bought various things. BigJigs railway track and buildings, giant wooden jigsaw and musical rattles. Very good, easy to use service online and prompt delivery. All came in big box all nicely packaged and with smiley delivery man. Made my son's christmas and his little cousins. Will recommend to anyone and use again. Thank you.

Ordered ride-on pony for my daughter's first birthday. The quality of the wooden pony is excellent and my baby loves it. It was super quick delievery as well. Very happy mum.

I bought some of the Bigjigs Rail wooden railway from WoodenToysOnline last week. The prices were good, and the pieces of track arrived within 2 days. Very good service.

Both my niece and nephew love The Wooden Toy Company which we found while trying to find a lower cost option to Brio's train sets. TWTC's range is compatible and extensive and ever expanding which means that the toys keep getting used as something new gets added.

Like Adeel Tariq I have had a part broken delivered (over enthusiastic courier company...) but all it took was dropping TWTC an email and a replacement part turned up in short order. I have found with online sales it is not best not to just judge on a sale alone but also on what happens when something goes wrong. Happily TWTC earn themselves 5 stars for not only good quality products and prices but also on great customer service.

I am happy to do business with wooden toy catalogue. I ordered a doll and a personalised wooden toy for my niece's 1st birthday and was sad to know that one of the leg of the stool was delivered broken :( such a beautifully craved stool but sadly my niece can't sit on it as its broken


I am glad to give them 5 stars as when I emailed them about the stool's broken leg they were really efficient to deliver me a new one and now my niece is enjoying a wonderfully craved stool and adorable doll, katie. It was a wonderful experience doing business with TWTC.
