I ordered a pair of Adidas Sneakers, I've paid 76,99€ using MBWay-reference: IFTHENPAY-518133125 (VAT), Desafiorbital Unipessoal, Lda, but didn't receive anything. The site is out of order. The emails bounced and the Instagram page disappeared.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I never got my order its been close to half a year and I disputed this case with my apple card and opened an investigation. Since then I've returned to look for their website and it says its in "renovation" and also no trace of their instagram they probably been reported to authorities and are under investigation for fraud finally 🤞

Got suckered into ordering a pair of shoes from here through an IG ad. Never again.

Complete scam. They take your money, don’t send your order and completely ignore all communication sent to them.

Ordered shoes that never showed up. Reached out via email to fix the problem and heard back from no one. I believe this site may be a scam.

I placed an order on November 9. We’re almost in January. Currently, I still have not received the order. No updates on my order. No response to my emails. Do not buy from here.

Not a real company- do not buy from them. Luckily I got my money back from my bank but I never received an order confirmation and they did not respond to email inquiries. The sad thing about these scam businesses is that they just start up again under another name.

They are a scam. I believe that the good reviews posted here are fake. The website and the store are located in Portugal, and the good reviews are from the US. Will file a criminal charge against them.

The company is fraudulent. They take your money and do not send you the product or refund your money if you try to cancel your order. I have sent numerous emails requesting help, and they do not respond. I paid for a pair of shoes and never received them. Do not buy anything from this company—it is a scam.

Scam! Out $163.00. Never sent shoes. Don't respond to emails. Found out warehouse overseas. Don't believe it!!

This place is full of shit. DO NOT PURCHASE I was told my shoes would be shipped in 2-3 business days which was a lie. Waited a month they stop replying thru email because I continued numerous of time asking for a refund they told me they didn't even have the shoes they were coming from Europe and to wait til I get the shoes in my hand to ship back for a refund. I think the gimmick is to have you wait so long that even they know your bank won't let you dispute the charge after like 40 days. I waited 30 days and disputed to get my money back never again.

I bought my sneakers more than one month ago, they just give me a lot of excuses, then they got tired of me and they stopped to answer my emails.
I'm asking for a chargeback to the bank. THIS IS SCAM, PLEASE DON'T WAISTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY.

Total scam. Had to request a charge back from my credit card company because of these scammers. Their star rating on their site just links to trust pilots star rating, not their own.

Reported to Credit Card company today. Never received shoes and they quit answering emails.

This website is a scam. They do not send you your order and when you contact them, they use delay tactics. Stay away!!!
