A comprehensive and efficient service
After an enlightening discussion with a Wood Fuel rep I bought 250 kg of beech briquettes which were delivered on time and are keeping me warm over the freezing cold conditions here in Aberdeen.

Fantastic service
Well I gave these guys a great review last year and I can only repeat I love the personal service both from Wood Fuel co-op and their delivery people Palletways. I buy the beech briquettes and wouldn't buy anything else from anyone else: they burn hot, last a long time in my wood burner and don't produce a whole ton of ash

I have been ordering from Wood Fuel Co-Op for years with perfect reliable service. Recently I had cause to comment on a very poor load of logs which were not up to Standard. The pallet was uplifted and replaced with a new one. All before Christmas and within one day of the phone call to Wood Fuel Co-Op. customer service superb.

Palletline Delivery Driver was a very efficient/friendly Lady who easily delivered the Pallet up my tarmac driveway to preferred position using battery powered/hydraulic trolley - nothing was a bother for her and I think she was 1st Class 👏

Speedy delivery. Well packaged on pallet which was whisked straight into my garage.
Woodlets logs burn well, clean to handle and are easy to stack in the packs.

Everything is excellent apart from the delivery which I know is not down to them but palletways - who never give enough notice! The eco logs I buy are fantastic and they get processed really quickly. I would def recommend them. Am v happy. The staff are friendly and customer service is great and apart from the delivery they would get 5stars

Super good quality RUF briquettes, highly recommend dealing with Wood Fuel co-operative
Super fast delivery and nice and easy to deal with. Made a mistake the previous year and the RUF briquettes didn't burn properly, no issues with this company and a full refund was immediately actioned, now that's A+++ customer service. This recent order is burning just great, thank you.
