It was easy to order. The price was good for what you get.

We are so happy with the final product! The sign was a 10 year anniversary present to my husband for our bar. It was pirate themed with our favorite drink toast. The reclaimed wood is beautiful and made it feel like it was from a ship - which was the goal! He is so happy with it! He's already decided where to place it and we're going to get the screws we need later today so we can mount it!
Just one suggestion - I think I put in email about 2-3 times to adjust the justification on the letters - I'm not sure if the rep missed it, but it seemed like she just didn't want to do it the way I indicated. Once I saw the mock-up with the lettering the way I wanted it done, I was sold! So, please just be a bit more detail-oriented when responding to emails and not try to change minds there! It was not a commercial sign - but personal. My husband agrees that the offset lettering is perfect to draw the eye diagonally like the swords.
However, overall - the experience was wonderful! He LOVES THE SIGN!!! I'm sure everyone who visits our bar will comment on it for years to come! Hands down - recommend Woodland to anyone! And, we will definitely use you again!

Our order turned out great. It was a birthday gift for my mom, cause she's a great grandma now and needed a sign that said Great Grandkids. She was very happy with it, now waiting on pictures of them since they are not born yet.
