The jotul 105 is not six years old but…

The jotul 105 is not six years old but was sold second hand to a lovely couple yesterday.because it had no access to the flue to be swept was a big issue not to mention a grate that broke in two and a broken baffle.However on inspection of the flue the guy who has bought it says it has a piece of metal that needs filing down to allow access for sweeping.
If Chris and dean had took the time to find this fault maybe I would still own the stove!

So helpful!

I've not purchased from Woodland Stove Centre as I'm out of their area, but having seen that they had installed quite a few stoves of a brand I was interested in, but struggling to find reviews for online, I sent them a web enquiry asking for some advice. They replied quickly and with a really thorough response. If their customer service is as good as what I've experienced, I'm sure they're a great company to buy from.
