“Absolutely terrible experience with…

“Absolutely terrible experience with Woodland. I returned the product long ago and they are still holding my money without any proper refund update. Customer support keeps sending the same copy-paste reply saying ‘refund is in process’ but nothing actually happens. This feels completely unprofessional and irresponsible. Customers should not have to beg for their own money back. Very disappointing service and zero accountability. I will never shop from this brand again and would strongly warn others to stay careful before ordering from them.”

Shame on the brand

Shame on the brand, Shopping through it’s app is a scam. They send you roadside product with their level. They are cheater, no return option in app, No customer support. Bought 2 forma shoes together, stating leather shoe but 1 pair shoes look plastic shoe which you must have seen sold by railways station vendor. Customer support doesn’t tak the call, they will keep you waiting for more than hours.

Woodland online is a scam

I bought a shoe on regular price from online store on Aug 3rd. When it was more than 5 days and I still didn't receive the shoe, I followed up with customer support. Firstly their customer support phone is a joke. They never pick up the phone. I tried hours after hours calling and they will play the same message "we are busy serving other customers" lol. I don't think woodland has that many customers in the first place.

Next I tried writing email and to the customer support and I got a response back the next day. They said the shoe is not on stock and so it will take sometime to deliver. As I was in a hurry and I don't live in that address where my shoe is supposed to be delivered I cancelled the order and then nightmare started.

It's been more than 15 days still I didn't recive the refund. I ridiculous that a simple refund in 2025 is taking so long. After numerous followup with customer support they ghosted me and I am not sure if I would get the refund back.

This is pretty sad that once a great brand like Woodland is scamming their customers. No wonder they closing the every stores in Kolkata.

Later when I search in Google I can see that other customers also faced similar issue and sites like Trustpilot, mouthshut, Redit is full of posts like this.

I am really surprised how a brand like Woodland is able to pull off this scam for so many years now. This thing should be escalated so that more and more people know about this.

Extremely bad experience

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Woodland's online store, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The size didn’t fit, so I initiated a return—a simple process that has turned into a nightmare. Despite repeated emails and multiple attempts to contact their customer care by phone, I’ve received no response whatsoever. Their customer service is shockingly slow, unresponsive, and unprofessional. It feels like they’re doing everything possible to avoid handling returns.

For a brand like Woodland, this level of service is unacceptable. I expected better. I regret this purchase and would strongly discourage others from ordering through their online platform unless you’re absolutely sure you won’t need support.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I have booked a shoe order and there was no confirmation on order through sms or email. It took me three days to reach the customer care and after email still no clarity whether order will be delivered or refunded. These guys are pathetic. Its better to raise a cyber fraud complaint on 1930 straightway.

I recently placed an order for Camel Nomad Shoes on the Woodland Worldwide website, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Despite my repeated attempts to track the status of my order, I received no update.

After sending an email to customer service requesting for an update on the status of my order, I received a refund notification without any prior communication or explanation regarding the cancellation of my order. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially since I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new shoes.

The lack of communication and explanation for the cancellation of my order left me feeling very dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Woodland Worldwide. As a result, I would not recommend this company to others looking to purchase shoes or other products.

Overall, my experience with Woodland Worldwide was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this website to anyone, better order form amazon, flipkart, myntra, etc and avoid this at all cost. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future to avoid similar situations with other customers.

I have sent them another email asking what's going on, I'll update as soon as I receive it.

They offered a jacket of Rs8000/- at a discounted price of Rs. 5000/-. I ordered but when i received it was Rs 3000/- Jacket.Later when I reached to the mail provided by them that this was not the product which i ordered. They said to upload photo. I uploaded the images stating that the product is not as ordered.Then they replied with a fake video stating that the right product was packed. I was doomed as they are not responding to mail and calls.I lost the money and product as well because this was XL size no one in my family could use it even.
They are a big scam.Looting innocent people like me who believe and trust e-commerce.

A big fraud from a brand like Woodland

purchased a pair of shoes from the website [OR-2478584]. Product was not as shown in the image and quality of leather was also not upto the mark. Tried to return the product, as suggested on the website, i have written to them [care @woodlandworldwide.com & estore @woodlandworldwide.com] but no response. Their customer care number [1800 103 3445] is also of no use, neither twitter handle. Now it's almost 15 days, i am trying to follow up through all possible channels but looks like i am trapped and wasted money on the name of Woodland...

Woodland is a Fraudland

Placed an order from "woodlandworldwide.com " site.

I had ordered from Woodland website. Size was not as expected and i tried to raise the return request.

After calling customer care they asked me to send photos and bills of the product. I have never seen this kind of return request.

Later they said "As per the images shared by you the product is in used condition, hence it out of return/exchange window."

That was how I received the product. Either i received the product like that or it was a used product i received.

Be aware team they are sending used product to sell their out dated products.
